one of the major supporters of Paternity Fraud Perpetrators.
Perhaps
she should take care of her teenage kids, who have been found guilty of drunk
driving,
while
Katherine Fernandez Rundle (who was still married at the time)
was out carousing with her boyfriend, a
fellow attorney.
Which attorney is she using in her
divorce? The one she is dating?
Maybe that is why Katherine Fernandez
Rundle actively supports Paternity Fraud.
After
all, she is out with another man before her divorce is final.
Makes
one wonder who the father of her children is?
The
man she was married to at the time they were conceived, or some else.
Only
the State’s Attorney knows for sure.
As
such her policies and ideas pass on to her underlings.

Blount, Director of DOR for Miami Dade State’s Attorney Office
Miss Blount has stated on
transcript that she represents Sybil Hart Ziskind, a Paternity Fraud
Perpetrator. Miss Blount is an employee of the State of Florida and yet
provides personal representation to Miss Hart, who also has a private
attorney. Why is Miss Blount at
every hearing in the case?

Why
is Miss Blount relentlessly pursuing David Ziskind, Paternity Fraud Victim?
Why
does Miss Blount state that she represents a private person when the Department
of Revenue (from their mission statement):
contracts with attorneys to take legal action on its
child support cases. The attorney/client relationship exists between the
Department of Revenue and the attorney, not between the attorney and the
child's parent or guardian.
Could
it be that Miss Hart’s parents Paul and Paula Hart of Bay Harbor Islands are
multi-millionaires? Has there been
significant political or campaign contributions for Miss Blount to represent
Miss Hart? Have significant
amounts of money changed hands?
I
don’t have an answer to this question, only more questions.
Why
does the State’s Attorney office refuse to recognize that Paternity Fraud is a
crime?
Why
do they refuse to prosecute Miss Hart and her father for financial fraud. Miss Hart’s financial affidavits have
been perjured, starting with the first one filed in the divorce action in
1993. Why is nothing being done to
prosecute Miss Hart under the perjury laws of Florida? In Florida, financial perjury in child
support or marital cases have no time limit. Why does the State’s Attorney’s Office refuse to prosecute
Miss Hart, and find out the true picture.
We have all the documentation proving the fraud and
perjury of Miss Hart’s financial affidavits, and would be willing to provide
them to whomever asks. All statements can be proven by examination of the court
file or by requesting copies of pleadings, rulings, depositions, and orders
from Paternity Fraud,
including all the certified copies of the property titles, the affidavits,
notarized financials relating to the sale of the property, and Power of
Attorney in Hart’s own writing.
When
all the evidence of financial perjury was presented to Miss Anna Bessara of the
Miami-Dade State’s Attorney’s office, they decided that there was no valid
perjury. Yet this is the same
State’s Attorney office that is coming after David Ziskind in the child support
matters.
If
you are the man being persecuted, you must go to the State’s Attorney ‘s Office
to disprove the Paternity and prove financial perjury and fraud. The very
same people who have something to gain in persecuting the innocent Paternity
Fraud Victim.
Does
there seem to be some hanky-panky among the different divisions of the
Miami-Dade State’s Attorney office?
Will they let a crime go in order to fulfill a personal vendetta against
someone else?
Is this a case of the FOX
Guarding the HENHOUSE? The very
office who can clear you of the crime is the very same office persecuting you
on behalf of the criminal.
Why is State Attorney
Katherine Fernandez Rundle and her underlings conspiring to hide financial
perjury and paternity fraud?
How much or what are they
getting paid under the table?

to prevail?
Yes,
Michael, a job is a job. Orders
are orders. That is what the
Germans and Poles and Ukrainians said in the aftermath of WWII. We were only following orders.
You
know the truth. Live it for a
change.
How
can you sleep at night. You get to
go home to your kids and family.
How can you insist and prosecute innocent men into paying for children
that are not theirs? Would you
like to pay child support for my three children? I need the money, so do my kids. I am sure that you have much more than my ex-husband. Why
can’t I father shop?
All
you and your employer know how to do is collect money. Money is the all important God to you
and your employer. You are playing
into a system that was created to be unfair and unjust.
Remember,
what goes around comes around.
Speak up and act like a man. You know the truth, live it for a change.
Have guts. Refuse to be part of the problem and say “Enough is enough”
It
is time to change things and stop persecuting innocent victims.
