...1st we proceed to divide all the property shown us into three equal parts as nearly as possible which lots or parcels we numbered one, two and three. After which we proceeded to draw, which being done, it was ascertained that Charley A. Taliaferro and Sarah F. NOTES: According to Peachy R. Taliaferro's will, one third of his estate was to be given to his wife Sarah Frances Adams Taliaferro, one third to his eldest son Richard Henry Taliaferro who was one of the executors of Peachy's estate, and one third to be equally divided between his two children namely Charles Adams Taliaferro and Sarah Frances Adams Taliaferro.

PEACHY RIDGWAY TALIAFERRO was born January 09, 1805 in Orange Co., Virginia at "Ashland" the family home, and died May 12, 1852 in Copiah County at "Spring Hill", his plantation, near Gallatin and Hazlehurst, Mississippi. He married SARAH FRANCES ADAMS November 10, 1825 in Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania Co., Virginia, daughter of Thomas Adams and Julia Burnley. She was born June 05, 1808 in Fredericksburg, VA, and died January 16, 1896 in Rosebud Co., Montana.
RICHARD HENRY TALIAFERRO, born August 15, 1827 in Alabama; died November 20, 1908 in Atchinson, Kansas.
SARAH FRANCES ADAMS TALIAFERRO, born June 25, 1842 in Copiah Co., Mississippi (Spring Hill Plantation) near Gallatin, MS; died June 20, 1915 in Briney, Montana.
CHARLES ADAMS TALIAFERRO I, born September 18, 1844 in Mississippi; died October 03, 1915.
