That is to say first of all I devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Buie a negro girl named MARIAH.
I also give, devise and bequeath to my beloved son Milton Buie a negro man named HANDEY .
I also give devise, and bequeath to my son Henry Buie a negro boy named SAUL.
I also give, devise and bequeath to my son John Buie a negro boy named JACK.
I also give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Martha Ann Buie a negro girl named MARY.
I also give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Susannah Buie a negro boy named DICK.
I also give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Buie a negro boy named ALFRED.
I also give, devise and bequeath to my wife and children the tract of land I now reside on. The balance of my real estate I wish it to be sold to pay my debts and other property if necessary such as stock and after the debts are paid I wish the balance of my property and money to be equally divided among my wife and children.
I also appoint my son Milton Buie and Alexander McRae guardians to transact and settle my business.
