General Info:
- Most of the named mobs in this area will have their placeholders despawn after a certain amount of time (I think 6-8 hours) and the named mob will spawn in its place. The placeholders can be killed and force a spawn on the named guys.
- The arena is generally considered 2 camps. One camp on each side, left and right when a camp check is called out. Most groups set up at the spawn point of the Guard/Senior Guard roamer, since nothing else wanders there and it leaves a fairly nice area for fighting.
- The spawn timer is 30 minutes.
- Do not push mobs over the small wall at the usual camp area... there are mobs below that will agro and train up to you.
- Do not push mobs towards the opposite wall near the ramp, if Gkrean or Semkak is up, he and his lackeys will Complete Heal any giants that need it if you get to close to their wall.
- Remember Giants will switch targets when they see someone is below two bars of life if you are high enough on the agro list.
- Adjutants, Protectors and the named mobs all hate having Tashan cast on them. They seem to agro faster than most mobs, so I suggest not casting it til they are down 20 to 25% of their life.
- Pathing is messed up around the entry ramp. If you pull a mob to or down the ramp, it gets near the ramp, and paths back into the camp corner before running to and down the ramp. This means if anyone pulls mobs down the ramp while your group is at the camp corner, you might end up having adds if the giant wasn't agroed enough.
- Special note: I found out the hard way, that there is some super rare bug when using the eye of zomm from the elder holgresh beads. Its happened only once to me, but I used them to pull a Legionnaire from across the Arena and about 1 minute after it reached the group, the Statue of Rallos Zek warped onto our parties. Not a pretty scene.
- When splitting mobs like the 3 Protectors of Zek in the temple area, use the pillars outside or the walls to your advantage. You can agro them and if you are fast enough, run to the side where they must path thru the wall to get you, sometimes they warp to you one at a time and it allows you to FD and let a tagger get them. Also sometimes they wander back and get stuck on the various pillars in the area. Use the walls and pillars to your advantage and it makes pulling alot easier.
- When pulling Bjrakor and Vealok, if you run up the ramp and out the door fast enough, you can get them to sometime warp to you singly. This also works with Semkak and Gkrean.
- Beware when pulling Gkrean and Semkak's rooms, if you are Kos to the Kromzek, Bjrakor and Vealok can sometimes agro you when you go down the stairs into the priests room.
