Anne Rice's Vampires

When it comes to vampire novels, Anne Rice tops the charts with masses of fans. Chances are, at least some members of the mob are going to have children in the future. Of those members, at least a few will probably be so moved as to name their poor, defenseless offspring after an Anne Rice character. I pity the future Lestats and Khaymans of the world. Why don't you go with a lesser-known vamp that won't get your child teased back to Marius' day?
