Scince the destruction of the Biotech Co. the Earth Federation has began the difficult process of rebuilding it's economy and empire. The Biotech's president and founder had escaped and have eluded the Earth Federation Forces and have been plotting in secercey. Because of this the Earth Federation has made a new research facility called Antitech and has been developing new types of wepons to use against and other oppositions and have been currently working on a new type of tape that can be controlled by whomever wears it and can prevent and cause mass destruction.
Ordinary kid Billy Bob Joe Jr. Sr. is about to find out he is not so normal after all. In school, his class was going on a field trip to a new research facility where at the moment were "studying ways to increace tape's power and stickyness because people would get aggrivated when tape is not strong enough to hold things up or when it looses it's stickyness." said one of the doctors to Billy Bob Joe Jr. Sr.'s class. The doctors showed them tape that was extra sticky, extra thick so as not to rip easily, tape you can give commands so you don't have to take tape off of things. You can just say off and the tape will come off, there were also many others that the doctor said they didn't have time to show the class but they did take them to one more. The doctor showed them to a glass window looking into another room, he said "We are creating a tape with most of the abilities of the other types of tape and some new ones. We have added...." Billy Bob Joe Jr. Sr. didn't hear the rest of what he said because he was too interested in what the workers were doing to the tape. The workers in the room with the ordinary scotch tape were in contaimination suits doing something Billy Bob Joe Jr. Sr. couldn't see because a worker was in the way. About 10 minutes later they brought the tape into a different room with no windows. The doctor was still speaking something about being concious and being able to learn. He then told the class that they had brought the tape into the other room to conduct tests. About 2 more minutes they came out. The workers had taken off their containination suits but had another heavy suit on and one of the workers was holding the tape in his hand. It was curled up in a ball with the sticky side out. All of a sudden the worker carrying the tape tripped while on his big heavy suit and the tape was knocked out of the air and Billy Bob Joe Jr. Sr. shouted, "I got it! I got it!" and as Billy Bob Joe Jr. Sr. was about to catch it the tape moved in mid-air and landed on Billy Bob Joe Jr. Sr.'s right middle finger!
When Billy Bob Joe Jr. Sr. (or BJ, what his friends called him for short) woke up his 3 best friends, Travis, Ryan, Kyle and his dad Billy Bob Joe Jr. Sr. aka BJS, were sitting down in seats next to his bed. Well, actually Ryan and BJS were sleeping, but anyways BJ sat up and said, "Where am I?" and his dad and Ryan woke up instantly and his dad and friends came to the side of the bed he was in. Travis answered, "Your in the hospital. Are you all right?" "Ya, I think so." said BJ. "Are you sure you're all right?" asked Jon. "Yes" said BJ. "Are you positive about being sure you're all right?" asked BJS. "Ya." said BJ. "Are you sure about being positive about being sure about being all right?" asked Ryan. "YES." said BJ in a louder voice. "Are you postive about being sure about being positive about being su-"I AM OK!!!" BJ shouted in a loud voice so everyone shut up.
