The list gives the name of the graduate, the name of his father (where available), the place his father lived at the time of admission to the university (which may or may not be the place of birth of the graduate), the University College attended (mostly Jesus College as this was the favoured college for Welshmen), the date of matriculation, the date of graduation as BA, the date of obtaining an MA where appropriate, and a short note of subsequent occupation. Most of the graduates entered the church but there are also quite a number of lawyers listed. In some cases little or nothing is recorded about subsequent occupation.

The source for the information is Foster's Alumni Oxoniensis, to which I would refer those who want to check the data. In that work they may find additional information not given here for reasons of space saving and there may also be sources cited for further research.
