I like this site. It's nice. It's big. It's helpful.
It's interesting. It's real updating. All good epithets are for the site.
"In making this site, my aim is to provide a genuinely diverse resource for Civilization 2 fans all around our globe." Statistic says nothing (by the way site has corresponding page). Look at the site closely. Pay attention to: - Hall of Fame - there is the best result I seen - 1858%; - Challenges - "Try to win the game without building ANY military units (including spies, etc.)"; - Alpha Centauri - it's the best place for introduction to the AC - and the others - all of them. This is site of one program - Civilization II
rules editor. It gives a graphical interface to edit all the sections in
the rules.txt file plus the ability to archive your favorite units.
Also displays the unit's GIF image and allows simple cut and paste of images.
Splendid program! I envy author. My own utilities have to become like this program. If you write scenarious and have no such instrument yet - DOWNLOAD it IMMEDIATELY! By the way ZIP-file (390 kb) contents all existing program txt-descriptions. Ad gloriam. |
