Rick's Motorcycle World Featuring All the Motorcycles I've Ever Owned.
I bought a 1994 Honda Magna on October 27, 2002. This is my favorite. It's the most comfortable bike I've ever ridden and it's very powerful. V-Fours are a lot of fun. The windshield is a "Bladerunner" by Memphis Shades. The driver's backrest is by Utopia. The rigid-mount saddlebags are by "Saddlemen". I don't know who makes the slip-on mufflers, but they sound good: medium loud. Hondaline sissy bar and luggage rack.
My latest acquisition was this 1980 Honda CX500. I sold it June 16, 2003. I bought a 2002 Blue SV650S in November 2001. Sweet! Sold it October 2002. Sad! It's a cosmic mystery why I can't keep a motorcycle more than a year.
I bought a red, 1999 Yamaha Zuma II scooter on June 9, 2002. Maximum speed is 35mph! It has a 50cc two-stroke engine. Sold it two months later, my curiousity about scooters satisfied.
With my lovely wifey next to my old XS11.
Suzuki VX800, a rare bike, incredibly fun, lots of mid-range torque. It has shaft drive and is water cooled. I really had fun on this bike. I had to give it back September 2000 because the owner couldn't find the title. I am definitely going to get another one someday.
I test rode the Ducati ST4 at the Honda Hoot and it's my new favorite motorcycle. I sold my fourth bike, a Suzuki Intruder 1400 in November 2001. I will miss "Trudy". My first bike, 1974 Honda CB450. This was a great bike to learn on. I sold it April 2000. My second bike, 1979 Yamaha XS11 Special. It had real "jerk your arms out of their sockets" acceleration. I sold it August 2000.
