Triple Double for C-Webb The Kings are playing great, they have a 7 game winning streak, and they now own the BEST NBA record with an awesome 8-1 record.
Leading the Kings to their victory over the slumping New Jersey Nets was Chris Webber who posted his 9th career triple double. (26 pts, 22 boards, and 10 assists) He was the one that started a 25-9 2nd quarter run, and that led to a 60-50 halftime lead, with the Kings never looking back. Sacramento has not won 7 games in a row since February 2-17, 1977.
PLAYER NOTABLES- Sacramento: Lawrence Funderburke(18 pts, 9 boards) Nick Anderson(16 pts, 7 boards) Jason Williams(9 pts, 8 assists) New Jersey: Van Horn(12 pts, 17 boards) Marbury(31 pts).
