Who Shall Instruct the Almighty?

 

Job 42:1-4 (NLT) ¹ Then Job replied to the Lord: ² "I know that you can do anything, and no one can stop you. ³ You asked, 'Who is this that questions my wisdom with such ignorance?' It is I-and I was talking about things I knew nothing about, things far too wonderful for me. ⁴ You said, 'Listen and I will speak! I have some questions for you, and you must answer them.'

Philippians 4:4-7 (GW) ⁴ Always be joyful in the Lord! I'll say it again: Be joyful! ⁵ Let everyone know how considerate you are. The Lord is near. ⁶ Never worry about anything. But in every situation let God know what you need in prayers and requests while giving thanks. ⁷ Then God's peace, which goes beyond anything we can imagine, will guard your thoughts and emotions through Christ Jesus.

My People,

I do not bow down to man, nor am I bound by the agendas which they have set for Me. I cannot be contained nor restricted by the hands of men. I override all authority given to men to establish My own parameters, and will not be boxed in by the plans of any man. I am not a respecter of persons; therefore I will send forth My Spirit into the lives of men, women, and children who desperately seek Me. I will reveal My higher purpose and to those who abandon their ways and inquire of Me.

 

Therefore, position yourselves to see that no obstacle can thwart My plans and what now may appear to be evil, shall be turned altogether for thy good.  Beloved children; this is what I desire of thee in this day, that the Spirit of the living God shall have free reign among men and that the prayer of the heart be: "Father, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven." In this I shall establish My Kingdom in the hearts of men and they shall know my ways and be led of My Spirit.

 

Yet many of you have insisted on directing the heavens and limiting the scope of My eternal, immutable, power and plan by what you believe to be in the best interest of the moment.  May I remind you all that I am Alpha and Omega, I change not. Ask yourselves; are you open to My Spirit's leading and guiding.

 

If so, I shall do wonders among thee. Have faith in God and I shall raise up a banner of love and My purpose shall be established over who are My own. Come My people sit at My feet, and draw your strength and your strategies from Me. Do not limit Me by the scope of thy limited understanding, but have faith in my ability to handle every event with wisdom and you will surely not be ashamed.

What's the will of God concerning you?

 

1 Thessalonians 5:18 (KJV) In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

 

Weekly I get hundreds, and sometimes even thousands of prayer request to take with me to my closet of prayer. During a recent week of prayer, immediately preceding a bout with influenza and mind numbing fever, I received email's from Christians all over our globe. This however was not unusual, but these dear believers on the day of their dilemma, came just short of "cursing God" for allowing them to be faced with the horrors of some temporary discomfort or set back.

 

My 20/20 spiritual insight was about to be tested by what seemed to me to be murmuring saints.

Yes, many saints whose circumstances in life were accompanied by comments about how slow God was to respond to their infantile persistence, or how God must not love them because He allowed such suffering to come into their lives. (As though God could change in His love) And believe me, I know the pain of waiting when difficulties arise, but patience must be allowed to have it's perfect work in all of us if we are to have Godly character developed. (SEE:

James 1:2-4 (GW) ² My brothers and sisters, be very happy when you are tested in different ways. ³ You know that such testing of your faith produces endurance. ⁴ Endure until your testing is over. Then you will be mature and complete, and you won't need anything.)

 

Hours after answering a few dozen e-mails, I realized I might actually be at the beginning of some kind of a personal test.

Tests are always given to show the student what they have actually learned and more precisely how they will use that knowledge when real life demands it. The scripture doesn't teach that everything that happens to us is something God designed and is good. It says, that in it, through it, and beyond it, He can work good where He's invited.

(See: Romans 8:28 (GW) We know that all things work together for the good of those who love God-those whom he has called according to his plan.

 

Psalms 34:17-19 (GW) ¹⁷ {Righteous people} cry out. The Lord hears and rescues them from all their troubles. ¹⁸ The Lord is near to those whose hearts are humble. He saves those whose spirits are crushed. ¹⁹ The righteous person has many troubles, but the Lord rescues him from all of them.)

 

 

In spite of what seemed many faithless cases,  I found our Faithful Father God answering prayers within days of these request.

Many e-mails would then come pouring in expressing elation and praise for God's answer to their particular request. Remember, that just days before many of these same people were making faithless speeches, murmuring about God's allowance of such a circumstances or slowness to respond to their prayers.

 

1 Corinthians 10:13 (GW) There isn't any temptation that you have experienced which is unusual for humans. God, who faithfully keeps his promises, will not allow you to be tempted beyond your power to resist. But when you are tempted, he will also give you the ability to endure the temptation as your way of escape.

 

One thing I try not to do is give people a quick answer for their dilemma unless God gives a special word in season. 

(SEE: Proverbs 15:28-29 (GW) ²⁸ The heart of a righteous person carefully considers how to answer, but the mouths of wicked people pour out a flood of evil things. ²⁹ The Lord is far from wicked people, but he hears the prayers of righteous people.)

 

Most request are answered with scriptures that should elevate faith and not by the preacher's opinion.

My opinions like yours amount to nothing before God our Father. Our ways are not God's ways nor our thoughts God's thoughts, So I try to respond to people with the Word of God so that their faith will arise and God will have something of substance to work with for those crying out for His help.

 

But, when the answers came, I didn't have to tell these same people to rejoice they just did it!

Yet, something became horribly apparent during this week of e-mails. "There was no rejoicing in all circumstances." No remembrance of the God who had saved the unworthy lot of them from a Devil's Hell through their faith in Jesus Christ. No praises for past victories, healings or breakthroughs. Seemingly, present circumstances eclipsed a life time of victories for nearly every person requesting prayer.

 

Soon I would get my own personal test!

Late on a Friday afternoon I took the annual flu vaccine at the advice of my doctor friends. Within 24 hours I became violently ill. Sick enough that I thought I might actually die.  My heart's T-waves were flattened; Angina began to be my constant companion. Fever rose to 106 degrees, coughing was continuous and my body began to resign itself to a bed that secretly I felt might become my death bed.

 

Suddenly, I felt the need to have people pray for me, so I had an e-mail sent out to many wonderful intercessors on our ministry e-mail list. Within hours my strength would slowly begin to come back. Inwardly, I would find myself reviewing the personal physical battle, "only to find" that although I could see the absence of faith and praise in others who requested prayer,  that I never stopped once to thank God during the sudden onset of my own physical ailment or impairment.

 

The test was now nearly complete!

My ready answer to others was not my own ready answer. I thought, "How shallow Ron Powell!" I felt like an imposter, but then, God graciously reminded me it was not too late and that I was still in the recovery phase of healing. No condemnation, No judgment from God, just love and mercy. (How I long to be like that!

 

Just when you think you might have some revelation worthy to share with others, it will never be "textbook only" with God. He insist that we share what we know from our own personal experiences and that we learn to comfort others in love as He has comforted us.

 

It is still God's will for us to always give thanks and not to cease when circumstances temporarily prevail. I must confess, I wasn't nearly as spiritually mature as I had previously thought. Yet, there is hope that one day I will have at least acquired a knowledge of Him who is always worthy of my praise and is faithful even when His people are not.

 

As my earthly father once told me: " Life in the Spirit is a little like licking honey off of a thorn."

Truly the sweet lessons we learn from our Heavenly Father come out out of the most pointed and painful of life's events.

 

In closing, may this little God given comfort, comfort those of you who are presently going through a trial of faith. God will see you through it! He is faithful even if we are not! He is always gracious even when we forget how to be gracious. Even the best of us fail to remember how we should be responding to Him, but He will always come through for us if we do not give up our faith.

 

(SEE: 1 Peter 4:19 (GW) Those who suffer because that is God's will for them must entrust themselves to a faithful creator and continue to do what is good.

2 Timothy 2:11-13 (GW) ¹¹ This is a statement that can be trusted: If we have died with him, we will live with him. ¹² If we endure, we will rule with him. If we disown him, he will disown us. ¹³If we are unfaithful, he remains faithful because he cannot be untrue to himself.)

"Harvest of blessing" 

 

Galatians 6:6-10 (NLT) ⁶ Those who are taught the word of God should provide for their teachers, sharing all good things with them. ⁷ Don't be misled-you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant. ⁸ Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit. ⁹ So let's not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don't give up. ¹⁰ Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone-especially to those in the family of faith.

My Children,

Consider the promises which I have given to you, for the hour of blessing is coming your way. For I have opened the windows of heaven and this is a glorious new day for My faithful ones. Soon My promises will begin to manifest just as I have promised they would. Nothing is able to hold them back.

Soon your breakthroughs will come like floods upon parched ground. Rejoicing  among My people will once again be heard, as victories break out everywhere and every place. This is the day of restoration and I am with you to break the powers of hell to silence the intimidator.

I, even I, will undertake to answer those moving with Me. In your patience you will possess the land and I will restore to you what the enemy has stolen. I will assist in hastening the process and bring about the desired result by the workings of My Spirit. 

Yes My children, you shall bypass the unwilling and move forward to take possession of the land. But to those who rebel and grieve My Spirit in this hour, I will remove My candlestick from among you and darkness will overtake you until the coming day of the Lord.

And to those who revel in your sins and heed not My words, I will turn you over to your lust and your corruption shall be complete. I will remove you from the ranks and because you have grieved My Spirit your anxieties shall consume you. I will take what was yours give it to another.

For this is the day of vindication for those who have labored without fame or fanfare, for those who labored in obscurity. Your works shall prove that your calling is of Me, says the Lord. For I have given to you My plans and given you the power to comprehend them. 

Therefore, arise oh ye ministers of grace,  prepare your messages of restoration and hope. Proclaim again the good news to the poor. For this is the day of great conquest.  Watch and see how I gather together those who are willing to be an integral part of the work I am doing.  My people, rejoice as I unite those who will function with one heart and one mind.

"These are the days of the open vision for all who submit to My lordship"

Joel 2:11-12 (AMP) ¹¹ And the Lord utters His voice before His army, for His host is very great, and [they are] strong and powerful who execute [God's] word. For the day of the Lord is great and very terrible, and who can endure it? ¹² Therefore also now, says the Lord, turn and keep on coming to Me with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning [until every hindrance is removed and the broken fellowship is restored].

My Child,

Follow Me into the highways and byways, Put into practice all I have shown you by My Spirit. Bring My Words of life to a dying generation. Give to them the gospel of peace. My Words will wash them clean and give them faith to the saving of the soul. Fear not, for I am with you as you go. I will surround you with My presence and My anointing shall be upon you as you venture forth in My name.

I will open again the eyes of those who have groped in darkness. I will call them according to My holy purpose and I shall restore hope to the hopeless. As you go, many shall be brought into alignment with a higher call, a greater vision. The power of My love shall draw them into the joy of the Lord.

Even those around you will be brought into line as they get into step with My purposes. Yes, I will once again give you many who will help in the harvest of precious souls, says the Lord. Even now some are in the valley of decision as they feel the tug of My Spirit upon their hearts. They have heard My call, and yes, they will come along side and help you as you reach out to the broken and hurting of humanity.  

These are the days of the open vision for all who submit to My lordship. Now step out in faith. I will go before you and I will bring into order and the work of the Lord. Yes, I shall go before My people and tear down strongholds over whole communities.

I am establishing My people in many aspects of ministry, these will flow together perfectly in this hour. I will give you eyes to see how all the parts will function, how they come together in perfect harmony. Even now the pieces are beginning to come together. 

Do not allow the enemy to shake you with thoughts of failure or defeat. Obey the smallest command of My Spirit and you will see greater victories than your mind could have ever fathomed. Yes, I am calling you to go out with a mind set to Win at all cost. I will lend the aid of mighty angelic host to go before you. I will give you favor with men, and yes I will even make your enemies will be at peace with you. Do not stop to ponder the details of how this may be accomplished for I will do the work as you venture forth in faith.

My Child, the time is right, the time is now.  Many will begin to see that I am with you and they will be moved to help you.  Now set out to make contacts, share the vision, and pray that My will be done in all the places you go. Call on the heavenly hosts to fight on your behalf and on behalf of the work I have laid before you. My Angelic host shall go forth, rending the forces of evil before you arrive so that you may advance without hindrance. I will put it in the hearts of people to come along with you and they shall have one mind and one heart. Yes, they shall be as a mighty troupe and My Words will again be heard in the market places, My witnesses will fearlessly speak in malls, offices, and on the sidewalks and streets of your cities.

Now, go in and take the land, claim it for My Kingdom. Declare My lordship over the places I reveal to you. Storm the gates of hell declaring the victory and the victory shall be yours as you join with me in this Mighty work of My Spirit.

Great shall be the reward who run for Me and seize territories in My name.  As it is written I will give the spoils to the victors. Therefore, set your eyes on the goal, forget the past, run, run, run, to the battle with the elect at your side. Let your rejoicing be heard in the heavens before each battle, Let your Spirit rise to sit with Me in heavenly places and I will give you eyes of faith that will see the victory wrought by My hand even before the battles begin.  Go now into the fields, teach My people to war with faith and to be more than conquerors in My name.

"For every child of God defeats this evil world"

 

1 John 5:4-5 (NLT) ⁴ For every child of God defeats this evil world, and we achieve this victory through our faith. ⁵ And who can win this battle against the world? Only those who believe that Jesus is the Son of God.

My Children,

 

I see your restless longing for better circumstances. But I say to you that if you have eyes to see, you will truly see that when you have My Spirit dwelling within you, that you have all you could possibly need. Learn therefore to be content with what you have in all circumstances, knowing that you lack no good thing. Anything beyond this would be covetousness which leads men into Idolatry.

 

But I say to you My children, In every circumstance you must carefully determine what is pleasing to Me. For It is written:

 

(Hbr  11:6

But without faith [it is] impossible to please [him]: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.)

It has been said that the contented man is never poor, but the discontented are never rich. Therefore, let your faith determine that when you are patient you will never lack the necessary things. Doubts dominate the thoughts of all unbelievers, but I tell you, I already know your needs.

 

Therefore, I remind you to seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and I will give you everything you need. So don't be afraid My children, for it gives Me great happiness to give you the Kingdom.  All I have, I will provide as it is needed. Many may not be able to receive this simply because they do not call upon Me in faith believing that I desire to give to them.  But I say, ask believing and you will receive! To all who ask and doubt not they shall receive, says the Lord!

"A warning not to war with those who live in the flesh"

 Matthew 10:40-41 (NLT) ⁴⁰ "Anyone who receives you receives me, and anyone who receives me receives the Father who sent me. ⁴¹ If you receive a prophet as one who speaks for God, you will be given the same reward as a prophet. And if you receive righteous people because of their righteousness, you will be given a reward like theirs.

My spokesmen,

I hear your wearied cry for the souls of those who have chosen another master. I know your desire to see them transformed, even as I do, but I tell you again that My Words are foolishness to those who do not believe, but they shall have their reward.

You are being wearied and worn down by those who love their sin, by those who serve their master the devil. These cease not to sin but indulge every evil desire. I tell you again as I have told you before, that those who refuse to hear you will not hear Me, says the Lord.

Yes, I have called and they have shut their ears, refusing to heed My warnings. I tell you, it is time to shake off the wearying dust from your feet. These are unworthy houses that refuse the blessings of the Only Lord God.

Go ye to the next house and the next, seeking those who will hear and let this be a refreshing for your own souls. Leave a blessing, where a blessing can be received, but again I warn you not to war with those who live in the flesh and desire the things of this world for this will create strife and open a door for every evil work.

I have given you power to become bold witnesses, but many will not understand the new bold and aggressive changes they are seeing. I have empowered you to be different people in the midst of the wayward. Yes, I have sent you forth as sheep among wolves.

Do not fear for I will give you wisdom above the wisdom of your adversaries. Yes, I have given you the power to give peace or remove it on the bases of household worthiness. I remind you that within your heart, dwells The Power over all the power and influence of the enemy.  Rule with Me My people.

But, I remind all of you that the time is drawing nigh when I will receive you unto myself, and also all of those who heed and obey My Word. Wash your garments of all defilements, let go of those who will not hear, forget that which is behind, and press on to the high calling which is in Christ Jesus.

“Infinite Resource”

 

Philippians 4:19 (KJV) But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Beloved,

I give to you strength according to the task which I have set before you, but I give strength only as you begin to do the work. If you hesitate you will become weaker still and will withdraw from the task, believing it cannot be accomplished by your hands. This is coming from a sense of your own inadequacy. This will always cause you to draw back in fear of failure. Learn to move forward with Me as your source and strength. 

 

Fear draws your attention to yourself; and because there is never sufficient power within yourself to do My work, any focus on your own strength or ability will soon persuade you that the task is to large or difficult to accomplish and must be dismissed as an impossible Idea.

Beloved, I have taught you that you can do all things through Christ which strengthens you! Apart from Me you can do nothing! I have Not taught you self reliance, for all flesh faileth. I have taught you in everything to look to Me, for I am your all in all.

Through Me you can do all things, turn now your attention from the weakened flesh and look to The Strength and The Provision of My storehouse, for I am Jehovah Jireh, your provider.

Do you not know that I am larger than any demand and that I am by no means limited in power? If I have given you large dreams then I will also give you the strength and resources to accomplish them for My own names sake. Get ye up, do what I have called you to do! Be assured that I will provide for your every need as you simply begin in faith!

"The Day of Visitation"

My Children,

Great is My grace unto all who believe. As it is written, I am a rewarder of them that diligently seek me and I will give to each of you the desires of your heart if ye doubt not. To those who pursue righteousness by faith alone, I will give understanding and wisdom, yes, wisdom above the wisdom of your adversaries. For this is the day of My visitation, a day that I will visit and revive the hearts of those who have been languishing for true Spiritual life. Yes, it is My desire to bless all who come and will simply believe.

Do not be anxious about those things that continue to puzzle you, for I am moving ahead of you to bring resolutions, just as I have said.  I have not left you to your own intellect or to your own devices, but I am still at work behind the scenes in ways which you cannot begin to imagine.  I will continue to fulfill every promise I have spoken to you. Yes, I will restore all that has been taken, and I will give you the victory so that you may give testimony to victories won by faith. As you quieten your souls and look heavenward, I will lead you, and I will teach you, and I will reveal to you My great love in such a way that you will be astonished.

Therefore, do not fret the issues of timing for everything is moving according to My plan. There is much yet to accomplish in the mission set before you, but, I will give you the power and resources to accomplish every task. Yes, you will stand in great wonder when you see how powerfully I have lead you.

Enduring Hardships

1Pe 4:1-2

Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin; That he no longer should live the rest of [his] time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.

 

My children,

 

All of you will suffer hardships and injustices in this present world, but you must be armed with a mind which can endure all such hardships as good soldiers, learn to be content with such things as you have. Many voices clamor for your attention and many demonic forces have sought to prevent the work that I have accomplished in and through you, but all of this is to no avail!

 

Satan's weapons are lies and insults; and the result is fearfulness to those who buy what he is selling. Raise the shield of faith and turn a deaf ear to his treacherous lies, for this accuser of the brethren has been cast down.  My children, when you stand and say I am not afraid of sickness, poverty, discomfort or even death, it is then that the enemy is bound and defeated. Fear loses its power over you, for you have armed yourselves to finish the race of life victoriously.

 

Yes, I tell you, you will once again rise victorious; but you must stand unflinching in the faith, knowing that I will always deliver you. Of this you must be sure! Therefore, take your stand against all such attempts of the enemy to deceive you. Cloak yourselves in the unchanging Truths of My Word. It is from My Word that I will continue to lead you as I always have, and by My Words and your faith that you shall obtain the victory!

 

Let not the idle words of others pull you down or sway your steps, for I will secure your every step and I will deliver you from every foe as you stop to acknowledge Me. Yes, and I will even restore all that the adversary has taken from you and I will prosper you without sorrows.

 

Therefore, languish not over what might have been, for the battle is mine and the victory is assured. Therefore I say rejoice My people, let the sound of your own voices be heard singing songs of victory, Know that I am ever with you, I will aid and comfort you, and yes, I remind you again that I am on the side of the righteous, can any be against you and prosper, says the Lord?

Elusive Contentment

 

Proverbs 16:9 (NLT) We can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps.

 

My Children,

I ask you to examine your circumstances, your thoughts, and your resulting emotions. "When", I ask you, will you learn to be content? Anxiety, frustration, and hopelessness have filled your minds as you have chosen to live in the thoughts of a nonexistent future, or in the regrets of remorseful yesterday.  

 

Have I not given you instruction to "Take No thought for Tomorrow"?  Have I not added that looking back will make you unfit for the Kingdom of Heaven?  Many sorrows accompany the undisciplined of mind. Those who look for happiness in an action yet to be taken, or deed yet to be done, will find that contentment is far from them and happiness takes wings from those who continually dwell in thoughts of the past. 

 

Disenchantment is the fruit of an independent creature set on his own ways.  My children, you may take thought for tomorrow, but I ask you, what work can you accomplish without Me present in it?

 

I have given you this day My children. I have instructed you to rejoice and be glad in it!  Still your restless souls before Me.  Learn contentment as you realize My presence within you.  Bring into captivity the unkempt thoughts and daydreams about what could have been or your independent judgments of how things should be.

 

Contentment is always eluding those who refuse to truly embrace the individual moments I have given them. Choose to see Me in this moment with you and your joy will be restored. Contentment dwells in the heart of those who cherish the gift of this moment with Me in it.

 

Ephesians 4:21-24 (NLT) ²¹ Since you have heard about Jesus and have learned the truth that comes from him, throw off your old sinful nature and your former way of life, which is corrupted by lust and deception. Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. Put on your new nature, created to be like God-truly righteous and holy.

"God Our Healer"

Proverbs 4:23 (GW) Guard your heart more than anything else, because the source of your life flows from it.

Beloved,

I am your Creator and I know you in ways that no mere human will ever know you. I know your thoughts, your deeds, and the intimate desires of your heart.  I have been with you through every painful ordeal. I saw what you saw and I quietly listened through every conversation.  I watched as you took to heart the harsh words of hurting humanity. I observed your reactions and yes, I felt your feelings of rejection. Yes, through many a hurtful encounter, you have experienced rejection after painful rejection.  

But My child, you have wrongly assumed that all reject you, at least to some degree. This is not so! This has set you on a course to prove your own worthiness, your own ability from a victim mentality. Yes, much of your life experience has reinforced your thoughts of victimization and now you unwittingly believe that you must prove yourself to everyone. This internal warring between your own subjective intellect and your wounded emotion keeps you from feeling worthy of genuine love and acceptance and you have erected walls within which prevent the healing baum of love, even from those closest to you. My child, these walls of must come down.

Believe Me when I tell you, that one who truly loves you, loves you for who you are, and not what you do.  If you are to ever to be healed of these unworthy emotional scars, you must allow me access to your heart. You must learn to discern My voice and distinguish it from your own wounded spirit. You will also have to learn to rest in My love and acceptance for you, and the love of those I place nearest you. 

Yes, I will heal you and guard you through the process. Remember I have said; No fear exists where My love is expressed. Rather, My perfect love gets rid of fear, because fear involves punishment. The person who lives in fear doesn't receive perfect love. Take more time to listening to My voice within, to receive the healing force of Love.

There are many decisions which stand before you and your thoughts of inferiority can detour you from receiving my best. Let me in.  I will show you how I see you and I will change the drive to prove yourself to those who are equally wounded.

"Repositioned for a Blessing"

 

John 21:4-6 (NLT) ⁴ At dawn Jesus was standing on the beach, but the disciples couldn't see who he was. ⁵ He called out, "Fellows, have you caught any fish?" "No," they replied. ⁶ Then he said, "Throw out your net on the right-hand side of the boat, and you'll get some!" So they did, and they couldn't haul in the net because there were so many fish in it.

The Father Says,

 

You were blind but now you see! You could not hear but now you hear! You were not able in the strength of your flesh or the knowledge of man to receive a blessing, but I have repositioned you to receive the blessing of The Lord.  What you say have you done to deserve such riches and blessing from your heavenly Father. It is not of man that you were made worthy!  I tell you again fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. For have I not said, that the wealth of the unjust is laid up for the just, that you shall not be the tail but the head? You, My dear children have allowed your past to obscure your vision of My love for you! You have said I cannot see a means of blessing because of all the large obstacles which stand in my way... I tell you, climb the sycamore tree and see the blessing coming your way. Rise above your obstacles for I am coming to feast with you and celebrate your heart to overcome all the obstacles which have stood in the way of your blessings. You have been repositioned for a blessing. Remember these Words: I am God, is there anything to difficult for Me. Get ready to see My love in ways you have never imagined.

“The Secret”

 

Philippians 4:11-13 (NLT) ¹¹ Not that I was ever in need, for I have learned how to be content with whatever I have. I know how to live on almost nothing or with everything. I have learned the secret of living in every situation, whether it is with a full stomach or empty, with plenty or little. For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength. 

 

My Children,

Do not be anxious about anything, but come to Me and allow Me to remove all of your assailing doubts, all of your fears, and all of those anxious thoughts that press against your mortal soul. 

 

When the enemy comes to taunt you and bring discouragement, learn to relinquish all these thoughts to Me and to trust Me to meet all of your needs. Great gain will be yours as you learn to apply simple faith to all of your circumstances. Learn to align yourselves with Me, applying My word to all of your circumstances. Know that all things work together for good for those who love Me and are called according to My purpose.  

 

I have told you that you would have tribulation in this life, but I have also given you all that you need to overcome.  I remind you again that no weapon formed against you can prosper. Yes, My little ones, I have seen your oppression; I have heard your cries of distress.  I am fully aware of all your suffering.  But I say to you, be patient in your troubles, and keep on praying that I will give you the power to accomplish all the good things your faith prompts you to do.   Do not allow the enemy access to your thought life, but fill your mind with the word of truth. When you run into problems and trials, know that all your sorrows shall soon be turned to joy, for I am a loving Heavenly Father who heals you of all your afflictions. Your confident hope in My faithfulness will not lead to disappointment.

 

 

Romans 8:35 (NLT) Can anything ever separate us from Christ's love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? Romans 8:37 (NLT) No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.

 

2 Thessalonians 1:6-7 (NLT) ⁶ In his justice he will pay back those who persecute you. ⁷ And God will provide rest for you who are being persecuted ...

"If God is for us, who can ever be against us?"

Romans 8:30-31 (NLT) ³⁰ And having chosen them, he called them to come to him. And having called them, he gave them right standing with himself. And having given them right standing, he gave them his glory. What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us?

Isaiah 30:21 (NLT) Your own ears will hear him. Right behind you a voice will say, "This is the way you should go," whether to the right or to the left.

Beloved,

I hear the deep longing of your heart and I will answer your cries. I will come and I will lift you up in the dark moments of your despair. Though the enemy rant and rave before you, I will cut him off before your very eyes. I will break his power to rob and manipulate you and I will destroy his ability to cause havoc among My children.

As for you My Child, I will make My way known to you.  I will bring all things into My perfect order as you simply turn to me. Fear not, for I will open your eyes so that you can see all that I have for you. I will honor you when you least expect it and I will share with you the hidden things because you simply take time to listen.  

I Am a Faithful Father and I will come through for you in all that I have promised. Yes, I will show Myself strong on your behalf and I will give you strength and stamina to continue on the path before you. You have said in thine heart how can this be, but it will be, just as I have said.

My child, I remind you that you have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you, says the Lord.  I will lead and guide you in all decisions as you turn your attention heavenward.  So be confident In My love, that I am with you, that I will pour down My blessing in your favor. Be confident that I will intervene to destroy the works of the enemy.

Isaiah 30:18 (NLT) So the Lord must wait for you to come to him so he can show you his love and compassion. For the Lord is a faithful God. Blessed are those who wait for his help.

"A Light on a Hill"

 

Matthew 5:14-16 (NLT) 14 "You are the light of the world-like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden.  15 No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house.  16 In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.

  

My Children,  

You have put your hands to the plow...therefore do not look back and ponder what might have been, or if only I had of's.  I remind you that I will give you the pieces to the puzzle that have been missing. I will cause everything to be seen with 20/20 clarity in due season.

 

But this time it shall come forth with humility of heart. This time it shall come forth in tenderness of spirit. This time it shall come forth with a servant’s attitude. 

 

Do not be impatient, nor grieved within yourself for those who would not hear you in times past, but say only in your heart, when the timing is right, God will give them ears to hear, He will give them an understanding heart! For truly I am with you and I will cause you to be a success for my sake, says the Spirit of the Lord. Do not turn back or even look back. Press ahead and see the full victory that can be yours as you trust in Me.

Divine Initiative

John 15:16 "Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you." 

My children,

Salvation in all circumstances begins, not with you, but with My initiative of love. This is the beginning of the Good news to all who can believe. For it is the spontaneous springing forth of My love that re-creates you and makes you the objects of My love. I am not only perfecting your walk, but the direction of your focus within every storm of life. When trials come, they are initiated by My love, As you focus upon Me and not upon your strengths, I will come to you and be a savior to you at an infinite cost.

Your deliverance has never begun with you, but with Me. Therefore My children, turn your whole attention to the God, who in love, is the beginning and the end of your faith. Salvation never began with man's desire for Me or by finding the right prayers by which to get My attention, for which of you knoweth how to pray as you ought?

The truth is, that the man of the flesh is ever intent upon being his own savior, and this is folly with Me, saith the Lord.  Have you not read that without Me you can do nothing?  I come to you before you even ask and My Spirit opens your eyes to see your lost and futile condition.  This in turn brings you to turn from your independent acts of rebellion and to desire My ever present help in times of need.

Your finding Me was because My love first sought for you. Your faith does not initiate your deliverance, but true faith is your response to My work in Christ. Without this work there could be no faith in Him, or love for Him on your part. As it is written; "Herein is love, not that we loved Him, but that He loved us." All of your present desires for holiness and godliness begin with Me, the God who works in you, to will, and to do My good pleasure.

If you do not place your ideas of salvation in perspective, when faith is viciously attacked, you will be assailed by doubts, not knowing My love and care for you. If you believe that you somehow initiated your salvation, in the day of pressure and trial all of your attention will be on trying to make your faith stronger. But if you believe that I initiated your salvation, during the attack of the enemy, you will not turn your attention to yourselves, but to Me, the one who started the work within you. Your confidence will be in My love which finishes the work I began and this will bring you triumphantly through every trial of life.

Learn to turn all you know of My initiative of love into praises.  Let your life bring glory to Me by aligning your behavior during fiery trials to the confident revelation of My love and care for you. Deliberately fill your hours with praise, recognizing that all you have and are began with Me and My unconditional love for you. This will bring life and health to your ailing spirit and healing to your mortal souls.

Enduring Love is the Law of Christ

 

Matthew 24:12-13 (KJV) ¹² And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. ¹³ But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

My Little Ones,

This is the command I have given you "love one another as I have loved you". Although My love is shed abroad in your hearts, it is not a foregone conclusion that you will love unconditionally. Therefore, you must continually obey the truth and make the volitional choice of faith to love with My love. My children, this is one of the very first proofs of your new birth. 

This love of brothers and sisters is the spiritual evidence of the reborn and therefore you must love without pretense, or superficial play acting. Let your love be genuine and rise from your purified hearts.  

Do you not know and have you not learned, that My love is not conditioned upon behaviors or fair treatment, but, that it is my very nature to care for those who are self opposing?  Unconditional Love of the brethren is a necessary part of your obedience to the truth and of the purifying of your own souls.  

Obedience to the truth, purifying of the self and love of the brethren are intrinsically connected so that one cannot exist without the other. As it is written:  If anyone claims, "I am living in the light," but hates a Christian brother or sister, that person is still living in darkness.  1 John 2:9 (NLT) 

It is also written: And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. Mark 11:25 (KJV) 

Therefore I say to you, love one another fervently, not lightly, but with zeal and a steady earnestness and in this way you will be known as my disciples and will fulfill all the law of Christ. In this also shall your faith work, and your prayers shall receive ready answers.

God our Savior, Our Resource

 

Galatians 3:17-19 (NLT) ¹⁷ This is what I am trying to say: The agreement God made with Abraham could not be canceled 430 years later when God gave the law to Moses. God would be breaking his promise. ¹⁸ For if the inheritance could be received by keeping the law, then it would not be the result of accepting God's promise. But God graciously gave it to Abraham as a promise. ¹⁹ Why, then, was the law given? It was given alongside the promise to show people their sins. But the law was designed to last only until the coming of the child who was promised. God gave his law through angels to Moses, who was the mediator between God and the people.

My Children, 

Remember now the message of My grace, that you are helpless to save yourselves. But, I remind you that Christ is the savior of the helpless. My grace demands a renewal of the mind, a new way of thinking, and a new view of life... a view of life as I see it. 

 

The revelation of My grace, is that Christ has done all to achieve My approval on your behalf. My only begotten is an expression of My love for lost humanity. My precious ones, He has cut you off from the chaos of fleshly desire which leads to death, and He invites you now to sit with Him in heavenly places, far above the hopelessness of powerless humanity.

 

Accept once and for all, that you can do nothing without Me. That you are made hopelessly dependent upon Me, and that your dependence upon Christ makes you an inheritor of all things, an heir of all promised.

 

A helpless man in not a resource unto himself, he does not look to his own flesh or intellect to save him from the incidental everyday occurrences, but calls upon the God of power and promise. Quieten the anxious voice of the soul and ponder in your heart what Jesus has done for all of you who believe.
