Info-The Combat King issues teach you limit breaks for Zell. The other limit breaks for
other
characters are either in other magazines or are gained by getting a certain weapon. So if
you
don't plan on using Zell(at all) then you don't really need to get these. But if you do,

Info-Pet Pal magazines teach Rinoa (actually her dog)limit breaks that are named after her
dog,
Angelo.(If you changed it's name then it will say that name instead of Angelo) This is
just like
the setup for Zell's limits so if you don't plan on using Rinoa then you don't need to get
these.
However, you have to use Rinoa for some parts in the game so I suggest getting them.

more.
It also give you info on secret locations and things like that in the FF8 world. This is
good
if you want to complete the game yourself, but why would you be reading this if you wanted
