Events

• The Giovanni kids meet each other and their Grandfather at the mansion of House Padril. Grandfather informs them they will begin their tests soon to see if they are truly worthy of vampirism later on.
• Benmelek is appointed family bodyguard, ordered to protect the kids but not to interfere in their missions. Benmelek cares not, he just wants his payment on time.
• Children meet Uncle Samuiel ("Uncle Sam") and go into Rome for their first mission: to kill a young werewolf and bring back his head. Bruno takes the werewolf with a headshot. Grandfather is pleased they accomplished their goal, but dissapointed the werewolfs' head is unrecognizable. The kids promise to do better next time.

• Kristina returns from America (Kristina was Kathleenes' character last seen in "A Work of Art", my friend Chris' campaign...Thomas dislikes Giovanni, and created a spirit, which I suppose fits in the storyline..somewhat) and is visited by Benmelek, bearing a message from Grandfather: please come tell us of your exploits in America, and I will have a gift to give you.
• Grandfathers' gift to Kristina is a necklace contained the spirit Lilly, and he gives it to her because, quite frankly, no one else wants the troublesome thing. She accepts it and she and Benmelek go to see what Uncle Sam is up to for Grandfather.
• Kristina decides to diablerize Benmelek, and Lilly kills Uncle Sam. Kristina then runs off in the night, now branded a renegade by ALL Giovanni for her crimes.

• Yehonatans' willpower is so strong he temporarily takes over Kristinas' body (Strong +5 in GURPS). Yehonatan retains control of most functions, although Kristina is still a nagging presence in the skull. Yehonatan decides to rename himself Esheem Katan and puts some decent clothing on this body for a change (arabian shawls).. Esheem decides to stick with Grandfather for the time being after telling the story of what just transpired. Grandfather, fed up with Kristian and the evil spirit Lilly, decides to throw the amulet Lilly lives in a hole in a hundred foot hole in the backyard, covered up with cement.

• Esheem follows two of Grandfathers' associates, Aton and Sokaris, to Egypt to gather artifacts from a tomb that has recently been uncovered. In the tomb they find Amani Hassan and her sister Katrel wrapped up like mummies and suprised to see them. After much verbal parleying, everyone deicdes to work together to move artifacts out of the tomb (Amani to return the valubles to the Egyptian government, Aton and Sokaris for their own reasons, Esheem for Grandfather). A slab of stone containing writings about Necromancy is revealed and shipped back to Grandfather.

• Esheem and Amani spend the last night of the trip sightseeing in Cairo while Aton and Sokaris fly back to Italy.
