In free-style mode, if you stand underneath a lift that's heading up
the hill, you get extra points. So, if you walk up the hill, staying underneath
the lift, you can get really high points.

Jump over a brown dead tree, just enough so that you clip the top and
crash-land. The tree will burst into flames.
