The Larry Brom Unit Classifications are E = Elite, V = Veteran, T = Trained, G = Green. These classifications are known at the start of the game. The actual morale rating of any unit is only found when it first tests morale. The unit rolls on a morale table and receives a numeric rating of 1 (poor) through 4 (very good). Elite units are much more likely to receive a 4 rating than are Green units.
