*Scene Opens*
From the darkness, a round, blue, luminescent orb glows dimly. It grows brighter as white mist swirls in the air surrounding it. The orb sits upon an altar, in front of a stone figure with its arms outstretched - a statue of a man with glowing, yellow eyes. The statue rumbles as a whisper echoes through the darkness.
Voice: May all of your damned souls burn in eternal hell. You shall be avenged for my imprisonment! I must break free... I DEMAND, SET ME FREE!!!
*There is a clap of thunder and the scene blacks out*

*The scene opens as the camera soars through misty white clouds and a clear blue sky.*
The clouds drift away from the camera. On the distant ocean horizon, the sun sparkles on the aqua blue waters, and sparkling white sand of the beach in Barbados. The camera begins moving downward and glides over the ocean and onto the beach. The waves wash on shore as there is a splash, and a furry animal is carried in with the tide. The wolverine dashes away from the shoreline and across the sparkling sands. He casts a mischievous glance over his right shoulder. There is another splash as a pink, wolverine girl washes ashore on a purple and white surfboard, and chases after him. Just as she approaches, he shakes his fur dry, soaking her.
Violet: Argh! Boron!!
Private Boron snickers as Violet playfully chucks her surfboard at him.
Violet: C'mon, we gotta start heading back home. Poor Carla is probably ready to jump off of a cliff after having had to watch the cubs all day.
Boron grumbles unhappily and stands on his hind legs, folding his front paws across his chest.
Violet: Oh stop your grousing and go get our towels!
Boron: (sarcastically) Rooarrrff Groawrl. (Yes, Princess.)
Violet then happens to look up and glance towards the ocean horizon. In the distance she spots what appears to be dark storm clouds. They block out the sun and begin approaching from the distance. The sky far away is dark with clouds, yet the skies overhead is blue and clear.
Violet: What on Earth...?
Suddenly, there is a clap of thunder and the wind begins picking up. The distant storm clouds begin to swirl, and form a large, dark whirlwind that approaches shore at an alarming pace. Lighting bolts shot from the dark vortex of the tornado and torrential rain began pouring down.
Boron: Aooooarrrrff!!
Both of them turned and fled into the forest in panic as branches and debris was strewn in every direction by the powerful winds.
Boron: Groaarrfff, Graarrrfff!!! (Hurry, HURRY!!!)
There is an ear-splitting clap of thunder. Violet and Boron's terrified screams echo through the storm as the scene fades black in a rush of wind.
*The scene now opens on a small island located just north of Tasmania*
The camera glides over the lush green canopy of the jungle, and slowly descends through the trees. As leaves brush aside from the camera, a small, quaint house comes into view. The camera then moves down to the ground showing an overhead view of Crash. He is sprawled out on his back under the shade of the wumpa trees, fast asleep and snoring away as usual. A few yards away, Coco is standing on a ladder beneath a wumpa tree, pruning the branches. She stops and looks towards Crash in an annoyed manner.
Coco: Crash, I could use some help over here!
Crash: *zzzzzzxxxnnzz, zzzzzzzz*
Coco: CRASH!!
Crash:*jumping with a start and spinning to his feet* WHOA!! W, what, I didn't do it!!
Coco: You haven't done much of anything except sleep.
Crash: *sigh* There's no rest for the weary. Ok, Ok, I'm comin'... YEEEOOWWCCH! My ankle!!
Crash grasps his ankle painfully as a small, furry creature scampers out from behind his legs. It is a rabbit, a rabbit with razor sharp teeth and crazed eyes. It stares at Crash and laughs manically.
Crash: *tightening his outstretched hands* Why you cotton pickin' little...YAA!!
He jumps on top of the rabbit, and pins him to the ground.
Coco: Crash! What ARE you doing!?
Crash: Coco... Coco, I think I caught a baby hareclops!!
Coco: A what??
She runs over just as Crash is trying to stand up.
Crash: YYYeeowwcch!! The little bugger bit my finger!!
The rabbit dashes away into the forest laughing and disappears.
Coco: You better come on inside and let me bandage that wound.
Crash: That thing better not have had rabies!!!
Suddenly, Psycho Rabbit emerges from a nearby bush.
Crash: AHAAA!!!
He bolts after him, as Psycho turns and dashes away into the jungle.
Crash: I've got ya now ya little peabrain!!!
Crash speeds through the forest and dashes around a large tree bend. *WHACK!!!!* He runs into two figures standing in his path and is slammed flat on his back. He gasps for air as the wind is knocked out of him. The two shadows hover over him as Crash gazes in horror.
*Crash's screams echo throughout the dark forest and the scene blacks out*
*Scene flashes back to Crash's yard. Coco is standing near the edge of the woods, peering into the shadows.*
Coco: *to herself* Oh great, now what is he doing?! *yelling* CRASH GET BACK HERE!!
Suddenly, from inside of the house, a cell phone is heard ringing to the tune of Blu Cantrell-'Hit 'em up Style'.
Coco: NOW WHAT?!
She runs towards the house and bursts through the front door. She picks up her pink cell phone from on the coffee table and presses the speak button.
Coco: Hello.
Carla: COCO!! Oh, thank goodness you’re there!! You gotta help us, something terrible has happened....
There is a loud crashing sound on the other line, followed by static....
Coco: Carla?! Carla are you there??!
*click* The line goes dead. Aku Aku suddenly floated into the living room. His eyes were squeezed shut and he was moaning.
Coco: *gasp* AKU!!
Aku: Coco, my child, you must come here immediately! Crash is missing!!!
Coco began to feel dizzy and her heart was pounding as panic set in. Breathing frantically she ran through the kitchen after Aku and out the back door.
Coco: Oh my gosh, what are we gonna do?!!
Aku: Coco... you must go!! The... the Force!!!
Aku began to glow a bright white as the light slowly grew brighter.
Coco: What's wrong with the Force??!
Aku: It... it is my father... and the elementals!!
Coco: You mean Ahrim is free?!!
Aku: Not yet... but someone... is trying to free him!! You must leave now and seek help!!!
Coco: But what about Crash??
Aku: I will set off in search for Crash on my own... please... RUN!! SAVE YOURSELF!!!!
Coco turned and fled into the forest in terror. Aku Aku screamed in agony as the light burst around him and he was dissolved in the mist. Coco sped through the trees, and she thought to herself that there had to be someone in the jungle who could help her.
Coco:*crying out loud* HELP!! HEEEELLLP!!! Someone please help me!!!
From the distance a voice echoed...
Voice: Coco, I'm comin'!!!
Coco: Vector???
From the depths of the jungle, a tall Dalmatian came running towards Coco. He was strong and bold, a true android hunter. Unsheathing his light sabre, Vector leapt in front of her and struck a fighting stance.
Vector: Where are they?!
Coco: There's no one here now, but someone has kidnapped Crash and Aku has disappeared!
A look of concern cast over Vector's face.
Vector: Don't worry, Coco. I'll help you find Crash - as long as you're with me no one can harm you.
Coco felt mildly relieved, but deep inside she was still worried about her brother's safety. Suppose something terrible had already happened to him? Coco couldn't bear to think about losing Crash... not ever.
Coco: Oh Vector, who do you think could have kidnapped him?
Vector: I can't say for sure, but I have a strong feeling that Cortex and his minions have something to do with his disappearance.
Coco: *closing her eyes sadly* That's what I'm afraid of.
*the scene slowly fades white, then fades in showing a dark, stormy sky*
The powerful winds whip through the trees as lightening flashes intermittently. The camera zooms in through the forest and follows Violet as she dashes through the storm, dodging flying branches as nearby trees are uprooted.
Violet: *shouting over the roar of the storm* BORON!! BORON!!!
Boron was nowhere to be found, Violet had lost sight of him in the storm. A rumble of thunder shook the ground as a blinding flash of lighting struck a tree just above Violet. She screamed in terror as the tree collapsed, consumed with flames. In the distance a fire was raging, Violet turned around only to find more fire surrounding her from behind, closing in from all directions. She backed away fearfully as the masses of flames flickered towards her like so many snake tongues. Fortunately, the wind and rain managed to extinguish some of them and Violet barely escaped. It was then that she heard it... a thundering, whooshing sound like a giant whirlpool. The wind blasted in her face as she gasped. A massive, black vortex was rapidly approaching behind her. Violet is suddenly ripped from the ground by the tremendously overpowering winds. The camera follows her as she is swept into the dark whirlwind, screaming.
*scene blacks out*
*Next scene opens in a dark room of a castle tower*
In the centre of the room is a table with a large, ray machine aimed down upon the surface. Crash is laying on the table, his arms and legs tightly bound with rope and his mouth stuffed with a cloth and wrapped shut. He struggles but to no avail. From the darkness, strange machinery glowed an eerie green as a shadowy figure began to approach Crash. He struggled harder as the figure stepped into the glow of the machinery. Dr. Cortex leered at him evilly.
Cortex: Crash Bandicoot, so we meet yet again.
Another figure began approaching from behind, as he stepped into the green glow, the light shone brightly on the metal portion of his face. Dr. N. Gin stood before Crash, holding a rabbit in the crook of one arm, a rabbit with razor sharp teeth.
Cortex: This time there are no apologies, you have been brought here for a reason and only one reason alone...
*he leans in close to Crash's face, staring at him in anger*
Cortex: And I think you know what that reason is....
Crash's eyes widened in terror as both doctors grinned evilly. Psycho Rabbit clicked his teeth together.
N. Gin: You see, Psycho Rabbit was just a trap that we set for you, and you were ignorant enough to fall right into it.
Psycho laughed, starring at Crash with his crazed eyes.
N. Gin: Ah, yes my pet. Are you hungry for some marsupial flesh?
Psycho clicked his teeth, salivating.
Cortex: And perhaps your little friend is hungry too.
Both doctors glanced at each other and then, evilly at Crash.
Cortex: Put him and Psycho into the arena! *leaning close to Crash's face* There are two guests waiting who would just love to have you for dinner. Mhahahahahaaa!!!
*scene blacks out*
*the camera is now soaring over the green, jungle canopy and dips down through the trees.*
Leaves brush aside from the camera as a large, stone temple comes into view. The camera then moves into the shadows. The walls of the temple are covered in ancient carvings and jungle vines have grown over a vast portion of the wall. Suddenly, voices are heard echoing....
Voice: Will you hurry up, here it is! At last!
From the depths of the forest near the left wall of the temple, a figure steps out. It turns out the figure is that of no other than Tiko Cortex. Deksta, Lio and Hallie follow not far behind.
Deksta: So this is what that little twerp was trying ta hide from us!!
Lio: Is this the fabled Temple of Souls?
Deksta: *casting a sarcastic glance towards Lio* No... it's King Tut's tomb. WHAT do you think it is!!
Hallie: So how are we gonna bust into it??
Tiko: Well, Neo managed to break into it the first time, and if he can do it anyone can!!!
Hallie: And if that stupid spirit, Ahrim Ahrim tries to start anything...
Tiko: We give him a dose of his own medicine, Cerulean style!!!
*All four laugh vilely*
Suddenly, there is a rumble from within the temple and the entire ground shakes, then stops.
Deksta: What the heck?!
Voices can then be heard echoing from the other side of the temple. The four Cortex's tiptoe quietly along the side of the wall, stopping when they reach the corner. They stand, ready with their weapons...
Tiko: Ready? By the count of three... One... Two...
Hallie: Threeeee!!
All four bolted around the corner, unleashing the powers of their weapons upon two shadowy figures. They were hit by Tiko's gun, just as Lio fired a huge blob of pink ooze, adhering them to the ground. Sunlight shone through the jungle canopy and onto the two figures, revealing them to be Koala Kong and Dr. N. Brio.
Tiko: Well look who we have here...
Brio: *gasp* Y-Y-Y-Y-You!!!
Kong: Groooooaaaaarrr!!!
Deksta: What are you doing here??!!!
Brio: P-p-p-p-perhaps t-t-that's what I should ask y-y-you!
Hallie: Perhaps you'd like it if we all kick the guts out of the both of ya!!
Voice: Perhaps all of you would like to get your butts kicked!!
Deksta: *looking all around* WHO SAID THAT?!
Voice: Up 'ere morons!
Tiko is toppled to the ground by two animals who come leaping down from the tree canopy.
Rodney: Pary tiiiiime!! *imitates the sound of a bell clanging* Let's get ready to rummmbllllle!!!
*music starts playing - JockJams WWF theme*
Suddenly, from within the temple, there is an earth-shattering rumbling sound as the whole ground begins to shake.
*music stops*
Dustin: 'Ey, nice sound effects.
Brio: EEEarrrthquaaaaake!!!
Everyone screams as there is a deafening explosion and the scene blacks out.
*scene now opens on a debris strewn beach in Barbados*
The skies and waters are calm, but the branches and leaves are reminders of the storm that tore through the region. A lone wolverine wanders towards the shoreline, and stands, gazing sadly at the horizon. The ocean waves wash over Boron's feet as the sun casts a purple hue over the sparkling waters. All Boron could see was Violet, her warm smile and beautiful eyes. As the wind blew gently, he could almost feel her embracing him. Tears filled his eyes as he wept sadly. Violet was gone forever. Turning away and glancing back towards the jungle, Boron realized that Carla and the cubs were still at home, waiting anxiously for his return. He tried to bury his grief the best he could. He knew that he had to move on - Violet would have wanted it that way. He dashed across the beach and through the forest. Finally he came to the den, but upon entering, a terrible sight met his eyes... The cubs were all huddled in the far corner of the den, whimpering, and Carla was nowhere to be found. It was then that Boron heard it... an eerie voice from behind him...
Voice: Looking for something, wolfie?
The cubs all yelped and began crying. Boron swung around, his fur standing on end, growling fiercely at the intruder. Standing before him was a whitish blue man who appeared to be a ghost. His frightening yellow eyes burned brighter as he stared at Boron.
Boron: GGRRRRAAAWWLL!!
Ahrim: SILENCE!! The Great Ahrim Ahrim is free at last, and not anyone or anything shall stop me from seeking revenge on all of you mortals!!!
White mist began to swirl around Ahrim and there was a blinding flash of red light and a clap of thunder as Boron and the cubs howl in fear.
*scene fades white*
*The next scene opens with the camera showing on overhead view of a coliseum arena.*
It looks very similar to an ancient Roman coliseum except for the fact that it is in the dungeon of Cortex castle. It is dark and foreboding and has a gothic, medieval feel to it. The camera now zooms in on the upper wall of the coliseum, and towards the front of the round room where a large thrown carved out of rock sits. A long, wide flag hangs just above the throne. It pictures a gladiator's helmet with a red letter N on the centre of it and two swords crossed in back of the helmet. Voices are heard echoing from behind the throne as Cortex and N.Gin walk over to the wall's edge, carrying Crash who is still tightly bound and gagged. Cortex rips the rope and cloth out of Crash's mouth...
Cortex: Any last words, Crash Bandicoot?!
Crash: *shouting* You'll never get away with this, Cortex!!!
N.Gin: Talk about cliché.
Cortex: *to Crash* That's what they all say...
Psycho Rabbit hops up on the wall and then jumps, grabbing a hold of the flag, and swings himself down into the arena. Cortex and N.Gin hoist Crash up on top of the wall and toss him over the side. Crash screams as he plummets to the hard ground, he can hear his enemy's laughs as the ceiling grows further and further away. *THUD!!* Crash lands on his back, gasping for air and struggling desperately in his ropes. He turns his head to the left, as his eyes meet up with those of Psycho Rabbit. Psycho laughs madly and gnashes his razor sharp teeth. There is a low, rumbling sound of iron bars rise from a wooden door at the other end of the arena. There is a hideous growling noise from within, followed by a scratching noise and a echoing crash as the wooden door flew open, slamming against the wall of the arena. From the darkness of the aperture, a single, large yellow eye starred viciously at Crash.
N. Gin: *calling down from above* Say your prayers, BANDICOOT!!!
Crash leaned his head back.
*camera now shows an upside down view of a gargantuan, blue, one-eyed rabbit, steadily approaching him, growling and baring his razor sharp teeth.*
Crash: AAAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHH!!!!
*scene blacks out*
*scene opens showing a swimming pool at a hotel resort in Barbados.*
The pool is full of people laughing and diving into the water. Surrounding the pool on all sides is a patio with dozens of lounge chairs. The camera zooms in at the row of chairs on the opposite side of the pool. It moves along the row and stops when it reaches a chair occupied by a large, green, alligator reading a newspaper. The camera shows Snappy from behind as he browses the page, and reaches for his glass of lemonade, slurping it rather loudly. A few people glance at him strangely, then continue what they were doing. There is a large, boldface headline at the top of the paper, which reads, 'Weather Reporters Baffled by Deadly Tornado.' The camera now shows a front view of Snappy reading the paper.
Snappy: Well, fry my knickers...
He lowers his paper slightly, and glances at a woman sunning herself on the lounge chair next to his.
Snappy: 'Ey, did ya hear that?
The woman glances at him over the tops of her shades.
Snappy: It says 'ere that this mornin', an enormous, deadly tornado struck the coastline... it uprooted trees, and the lightning from the storm started a fire....
He pauses and then eyes the woman up and down, grinning and raising his eyebrows.
Snappy: And speakin' of fire... is it hot out here or is it just those legs?
Woman: *annoyed* Argh!
She stands up and grabs the glass of lemonade out of Snappy's hand and dumps it on his head, then storms off.
Snappy: Ey, human chicks... I should have known.
Suddenly, from the patio on the opposite side of the pool a voice called out...
Voice: SNAPPY!!
Snappy looks up and spots GameGuy and Kitty Coot standing on the patio waving at him.
Snappy: *calling out* Hey, what are you two doing 'ere??
Gameguy: Snappy, you gotta come with us!
Kitty: Boron, Carla and Violet are missing!
*Scene changes showing a view of Cortex Castle through the leaves of a tree.*
The sun has already begun to set in Australia, and Vector and Coco are running out of time. They creep through the underbrush and survey the castle from afar.
Coco: *frightened* We'll never be able to get inside of the castle, the drawbridge is shut and we can't possibly make it across the moat. The cliff is too steep!
Vector squints at the closed drawbridge and the deep moat at the bottom of the jagged cliff. They both approach the edge of the moat.
Coco: I hope to God that Crash is here... if only we could... get… inside...
Tears flood Coco's eyes again, but she takes a deep breath and tries fighting them back. She had to be brave... for Crash's sake.
*scene fades white*
The camera now shows an overhead view of a large clearing in the forest, strewn with large rocks, broken blocks of stone and debris. The camera moves downward and zeros in on one area where large stone blocks are heaped on top of each other. A hand is sticking out from beneath one of the blocks. It is still, then suddenly it moves and there is a scraping sound and a moan as Tiko slides out from beneath the stone.
Tiko: Blinkin’ eck!! My... ow! My arm is killin' me!
More rocks rumble as there is a loud roar and Koala Kong tosses a rock off of himself and hurls it directly at Tiko, flattening him to the ground.
Kong: *searching through the rubble* Uhhhh, Doc?? Are you ok??
There is a muffled groan from beneath a rock. Kong tosses the rock aside, revealing Lio's bruised face. He sits up grumbling angrilly.
Lio: Doc my backside! Get outta my face ya bumbling blockhead!!
Kong lifts the rock over Lio's head.
Kong: ROAAAAR!! Kong make you into blockhead!!
Suddenly Kong hollers in pain, dropping the rock on top of his own head as Dustin is seen crawling out from beneath the ruins. He is holding an electronic shocker.
Dustin: 'Ey, mighty nifty 'lil device!
Rodney climbs from the rubble...
Rodney: Argh, my nose is bleedin'!
Dustin: Ouch! Well, my back feels like it's ready to break...
Rodney: I guess we should be thankful that's all that happened. C'mon myte, let's shove off and go find Penny!
*scene fades white*
*scene fades in showing a small, dark room*
In the centre of the room, T-Rex and Travis Tortoiseshell are sitting at a small bridge table. The room itself is dank and musty, and cobwebs hang in the corners of the low ceiling. To the right of the room is a steel door on the ceiling, bolted shut. Rex and Travis survey a large map they have opened out on the table. Rex is reading off coordinates as Travis marks them down on a paper.
Rex: *pointing to an area on the map* And here's where the tornado struck...
Travis: *scribbling on a paper* That's all fine and well, but what we need to find out is where the storm took off afterwards.
Rex grabs a newspaper out from under the map and points to the column.
Rex: It says right here that the storm disappeared at the exact same point, it's not uncommon for tornados to do so!
Travis: *tossing his pencil on the floor and laying his head on the table* I just hope that Carla is alive and well....*sniff* I don't know what I'd ever do without her...
Suddenly there is a banging sound at the storm door. Two bangs followed by a boom and three taps.
Rex: The secret knock! KC and GG must be back!
Rex hops out of her chair and lifts open the steel door. Sure enough, crouching down in front of the bulkhead are Kitty Coot and GameGuy, Snappy Gator is standing behind them.
Rex: C'mon in everyone...
Travis: *sarcastically* Yeah, come join the party.
Snappy: *exited* Party?! You guys are havin' a party?! So Boron, Violet and Carla are hiding out 'ere?!
Kitty: *rolling her eyes* Haven't you ever heard of sarcasm?
Snappy: 'Ey, don't get smart with me prat cat.
Travis: HEY!! How dare you insult us cats by calling us dirty names!
Snappy: Well, at least Kitty is part bandicoot and you...
Travis: Oh, wanna start something ya walking suitcase...
GameGuy: *clearing his throat and slamming the door shut behind them* Uh, are we ready to get down to business or not?
They all gather at the table.
Travis: Look, we have no idea where they could have disappeared to, our only hope is to combine our powers to help locate them.
Kitty: It's going to take a lot this time...
She glances at the power bracelet, glowing white with mist slowly drifting from it.
Kitty: Ahrim sent the elementals on a mission to kill them. It was the elementals who started that terrible storm... and I fear we will be the next victims.
GameGuy: What I don't understand is how Ahrim broke free in the first place? The Temple of Souls is located in an ancient and remote part of the jungle.
Rex: Only three people know about that place besides us - Uka, Aku, and Cortex.
GameGuy turns to Kitty.
GameGuy: There are a lot of loose ends to tie up, and we have no time to lose...
*scene fades white*
*scene fades in*
The camera is following Rodney and Dustin as they dash through the forest.
Rodney: Crikey! We gotta run faster, those idiots are probably not far behind!
Both Dingoes kick into high gear, running at top speed. Suddenly there is a whistling sound from the woods nearby. Rodney freezes in his tracks and Dustin ends up slamming into him and they both roll down a hill. Penny Yamazaki runs over to them, laughing.
Penny: You guys crack me up!
Dustin: *slapping Rodney* And I autta' crack his head!
Penny: C'mon guys, focus! We have a BIG catastrophe to sort out!!
Both dingoes then become serious.
Penny: Back at the headquarters I received a call from Kitty.
Rodney: What did she say??
Penny: Number One: Violet, Carla and Boron are missing, Number Two: The elementals are causing chaos is Barbados, and Thirdly... Ahrim Ahrim is free!!
Dustin: An' Fourthly, Tiko and his gang have found the Temple of Souls, as well as Kong and Brio!!
Rodney: And fifthly... the Temple of Souls is now The Pile of Ruins!
Penny: *burying her face in her hand* Please tell me that you brought the Power Stone with you...
Dustin: *gasp* We, we had to run... or Tiko and his gang would 'eve had us in a trap!
Penny: YOU mean Tiko has the stone?! *closing her eyes* Oh... my… gosh...
*scene fades out, then fades in showing Vector and Coco standing beside the deep moat.*
Coco: Oh my goodness...
Vector: *turning towards Coco* Can you swim??
Coco: Yes, but not very well.
*They both look at each other at the same time*
Coco: Unless we could find a long log or something...
Vector: You took the words right outta my mouth.
Coco: *smiling* Great minds think alike, C'mon!!
*scene changes, showing an overhead view of the Cortex Castle Colloseum*
There are screams from Crash as Psycho Rabbit is weakening him with his thunder shock attack, and Crash is struggling in his ropes helplessly. From above, Cortex is sitting on his throne, smugly watching his enemy's demise. N. Gin stands next to the throne and calls down to Psycho...
N.Gin: Give it to him good! Harder... harder... oh harder!!
Cortex: *raising his eyebrows at N. Gin* Gin, you’re starting to scare even me.
Hareclops approaches Crash, bound in rope and utterly weakened by Psycho's attacks. The camera now shows a view of Hareclops hovering over Crash from behind. The beast drools and gnashes his enormous teeth.
Cortex: Oh, to heck with the suspense!! KILL HIM! KILL HIM!!
*Scene blacks out*
*scene opens showing an overhead view of the Temple Ruins. Camera zooms in.*
Lio is struggling to climb out from beneath a slab of stone, while Tiko, meanwhile, is trying to push off the stone that Kong threw at him. Kong is lying, knocked unconscious under a large stone, while the pile begins rumbling and moving in other places.
Deksta: *emerging from the ruin* Hey!! Those dingoes made off with my shocker!
Hallie: *climbing out from a stone* I have my whip right here... don't worry, we'll catch those two stooges!
There is a rumble next to Kong as Brio climbs out of the ruin.
Brio: Y-y-y-y-yoooou!! W-w-what d-d-did you t-t-think y-y-you w-were doing?!
Tiko: Put a lid on it, bolt boy!
Kong awakens growling furiously.
Kong: I'm gonna smash your faces in!!
Tiko: *grinning evilly* I find that highly unlikely considering that I have this.
He bends down and removes a round, glowing orb from beneath a pile of broken rock. Kong and Brio stare, horrified. The four siblings laugh victoriously.
Tiko: *raising the stone in the air* With the sacred Power Stone, I now have the capability of controlling all the forces of the universe!!
Kong roars and charges forward and takes a swing at Tiko... There is a blast of blue light as a massive power force surges from the orb. Kong instantly disappears in a cloud of mist.
Tiko: *grinning at Brio* Any other takers?
Brio held both hands out in front of him, backing away fearfully.
Brio: Look, y-y-y-you c-c-c-c-can h-h-have anything you w-w-want. I'm warning you, d-d-don't use that Stone anymore, it can b-b-bring t-t-terrible consequences...
Tiko: PRECISELY!!
He aims the orb, and Brio disappears in a flash of light. The gang laughs vilely, and slap each other high fives. Tiko holds the Power Stone up to his face.
Tiko: At last... our day of glory has come.
Deksta: That dingo was right... it's party time.
*scene fades white*
*scene fades in*
The camera shows the inside of a floating, stone room, resembling a temple. The purple sky swirls just beyond its walls as Uka Uka, spirit of evil and darkness hovers over a stone table. Ahrim floats in front of Uka...
Ahrim: Uka Uka, you MUST tell me the truth! Was it you that helped Cortex and his henchmen retrieve MY Power Stone the first time?!
*Uka stares at him silently*
Ahrim: ANSWER ME!!!
Uka: Father... it was my duty.
Ahrim: I see... SO you think that disturbing me from a 3,000 year rest and throwing all of my powers in peril was YOUR duty?!!
Uka: It was all for a good cause. I had just about given up on that PATHETIC mortal, Cortex. And then that CURSED Aku locked away the crystals... so telling Cortex of the Temple of Souls was my last resort.
Ahrim's eyes glowed brightly, as he stared at his son.
Ahrim: Fortunately, the elementals and I have captured hostages. Now we must track down Kitty Coot and her secret "legion."
Camera now moves off to the side of the room. Violet, Boron and Carla are sitting on the floor, frozen in blocks of bluish green crystal.
Ahrim: AHAHAAAA!! Once we capture the others, we will have enough mortal flesh entrapped in crystal, to cause a massive power surge to destroy them all!!
Suddenly, from the far left hand corner of the room there is a blast of white light, and as the mist clears, Kong and Brio are standing in the corner.
Uka:*enraged* WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE??!!
Brio: *kneeling down* M-m-m-master, I, I d-d-d-don't know, w-w-we were z-z-zapped here by Tiko!!
Uka turns toward Ahrim.
Ahrim: TIKO CORTEX!!!
*scene blacks out*
*Next scene fades in*
Vector and Coco are seen dragging a long, thick log out of the nearby jungle.
Vector: Ok, we gotta stand this thing up and lower it so it reaches the opposite bank.
Vector easily lifts the log so it is standing up like a pole. Coco helps balance it.
Vector: Ready... drop it!
They both back away as the log slams to the ground with a loud thud.
Coco: Let's walk single file so we can keep it balanced.
Vector: Here, hold my hand and follow me across. Be careful now.
Vector steps on the log and Coco follows, grasping his hand firmly. The log wobbles slightly, but they shift their weight to keep it balanced.
Coco: *gasp* OH NO!!
Vector: What's wrong?!
Coco points to the waters below at a pair of mean eyes and a long, green snout skimming across the surface.
Vector: Oh bloomin’ eck!! Crocs!!
More crocodiles approach from all directions.
Vector: We gotta make a run for it.
They run along the log as crocodiles jump over the log, chomping their jaws.
Coco: We can't scale the cliff... VECTOR, quick, find a croc and jump on it's jaws!!
Vector: WHAT?! Are you daft?!
Coco: Just trust me on this one, JUMP!!
Vector scoops Coco up in his arms and jumps towards the dark cavern of a croc's mouth. He spreads his feet far apart...in a split second he realizes Coco's plan. *CHOMP* The croc snaps it's mouth shut just as Vector's feet land on the top and bottom jaws. Vector summons his energy and gains a super leap as the force of the croc's jaws boosts both him and Coco into the air. They land on a ledge halfway up the side of the cliff. They sit and catch their breath and watch the crocs swimming in the moat far below.
Coco: We did it!!
Vector: Good thinking there, Coco. We can climb up the rest of the way now!
*scene fades in*
T-Rex, Kitty Coot, GameGuy, Travis and Snappy are seen hiking along the edge of the jungle on the beach in Barbados.
Kitty: Ok, crew. We can split up here to search for clues, but remember to radio me if there is any trouble.
Snappy holds up his walkie talkie and presses a button. His voice talks out of Kitty's radio.
Snappy: *over the radio* Aye aye, captain!
Everyone laughs and then split up to search the entire length of the beach. Snappy gets down on his hands and knees and searches through a mound of sand, then radios Kitty.
Kitty: What's up, Snappy?
Snappy: Um, what exactly are we looking for?
Kitty: Clothing articles, footprints...
Snappy: Any DNA evidence?
Kitty: *laughing* If you can find any!
Snappy: Roger, over.
Suddenly Travis calls out....
Travis: Guys! I found... this!!
Everyone runs over to Travis and gasp in horror when they see him holding the two broken halves of Violet's surfboard.
Rex: That was her favourite surfboard....
Kitty: The elementals have her for sure... Boron is no doubt with her.
Travis:*sadly* But... but what about Carla?
Rex: She was baby sitting the cubs...
Gameguy: C'mon guys, let's go to the den site... the cubs are probably all alone!!
All five of them dash into the forest, Travis carrying Violet's broken surfboard.
*scene fades*
The camera now flashes back to the cliff where Vector and Coco are sitting. From the jungle, voices echo... Penny, Dustin, and Rodney come running out from the shadows and gaze up at the cliff.
Penny: *cupping her hands around her mouth* VECTOR!!
Vector: IT'S OK, PENNY!
Camera zooms up the side of the cliff.
Vector: Quick, start climbing!
Penny and the dingoes watch nervously as Coco and Vector begin scaling the side of the cliff. Vector pauses, both of them are out of breath, clutching a narrow ledge.
Coco: I, I don't know if I can hang on much longer!
Vector: I'll have to summon all of my powers!
Coco shrieks and begins slipping. Vector grabs her arm as rocks tumble to the water below. He closes his eyes and grits his teeth as he summons his powers. There is a flash of yellow light as Coco and Vector disappear, then reappear, standing at the cliff's summit, in front of the castle.
Penny: *breathing a sigh of relief* Thank goodness!!
Camera shows Vector and Coco up close.
Vector: My energy is running lower, but we have but no choice. Back up!
Coco backs away as Vector unsheathes his light sabre, and leaping in the air, slashes through the glass window as his sword emits a blast of green light. There is an ear-splitting shatter as Vector leaps inside the aperture and helps Coco inside. They find themselves in a long, dark corridor. Coco is shaking all over, would they ever find Crash in time. Coco feared it might already be too late. There is a painful scream from down the corridor, followed by a ferocious growl. Cortex's laugh boomed throughout the corridor. Coco screamed and fled down the corridor towards the noise. She had lost all sense of her own safety, and as a surge of adrenaline rushed through her, she flung open the door at the end of the hall.
*scene blacks out*
*scene now switches, showing Tiko and his gang marching through the woods*
Tiko: *brandishing the Power Stone in one hand* I wonder just how much destructive power this thing can emit at once!
Hallie: Well, when we were spying on Uka and Neo that time, I heard that Ahrim uses the stone to summon and control the four elementals...
Lio: So if we summon them to us, they'll do whatever we tell them?
Tiko: LET'S DO IT!!!
They all laugh as Tiko clasps the Stone in both hands. He closes his eyes and thinks hard as the others look on, riveted. Suddenly, white mists begin to swirl around them, from the Stone.
Deksta: It's working!!
The Stone glows a bright blue. Suddenly there is a blinding flash of red light and a powerful clap of thunder. Standing near a tree a few yards away, is a whitish, see through spirit with gleaming eyes.
Tiko:*kneeling on one knee* Oh, mighty elemental. Please, do beseech... of what element do you represent.
The spirit stares at him angrily as his yellow eyes burn bright.
Deksta: *whispering* Maybe he dosn't talk...
Spirit: To answer your question, mortal, I am the great and all powerful Ahrim Ahrim!!
Tiko's face becomes deathly pale, and the others back away, ready to flee.
Ahrim: TIKO CORTEX!! GIVE THE POWER STONE TO ME!!!!
Tiko: *becoming angered, standing up* HA NEVERRRRR!!!!
He holds out his hand and aims the orb at Ahrim. A beam of red light shines from Ahrim's eyes as a bolt of energy surges through the stone in reverse. Mist clears and Tiko is gone, the power stone sits on the ground, glowing dimly.
Ahrim: HAHAHAHAHAAAA!!! Foolish mortal!
*scene blacks out*
*The scene switches, showing the entrance of a small, snug, den. There is a little mailbox right near the entrance that reads, "The Wolverines."*
Rex: This is it...
Kitty steps inside the open doorway...
Kitty: *GASP* The cubs are gone!!
Rex and the others dash inside of the den.
Travis: Ya think that Ahrim has them too?!
Kitty: *pausing, then walking towards the back of the room* Guys, come look at this!
The others follow her over to the bed, where a purple light is glowing brightly from beneath a pillow. Kitty quickly pulls it away, revealing Violet's gleaming sceptre.
GameGuy: All right!! We can use this as a weapon against the elementals!!
Kitty: Only problem is Violet is the only one who can use it. Just like I'm the only one who can use the power bracelet and Travis is the only one who can use a thunder shock attack.
Snappy: What'll we do now??
Rex: The only thing we can do is use our own powers to fight the elementals and save our friends from Ahrim's clutches.
*scene flashes, now showing Cortex and N. Gin watching the battle in the arena below*
Cortex: MWHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!! YES, DIE!!
Psycho is running all around the coliseum laughing madly and firing thunder attacks as Hareclops holds Crash's limp body in his mouth. He growls and shakes his head as Crash is tossed about like a chew toy.
N. Gin: YES! EAT HIM! EAT HIM!!!
Suddenly there is a thundering slam from the far end of the arena across from Cortex's throne. A small, blonde haired bandicoot girl comes speeding across the arena. The camera zooms in on her and follows her from behind as she speeds madly towards Hareclops...
Coco: LEAVE MY BROTHER ALONE!!!!
She springs into the air and karate kicks Hareclops in the back of the head, sending Crash hurtling out of the beast's mouth.
Cortex: *standing up abruptly* WHAAAATT!!! How did that little brat get in here?!
N. Gin: She won't last long in there - I fixed the lock on that door. It can't be opened from inside of the arena!!
Cortex: EXCELLENT!! We're killing the two of them at once now!!!
Camera zooms back down at the arena. Hareclops swings around growling, and stands to his full height. Psycho runs up behind Coco and gives her a thunder shock. She screams and collapses to the ground as the Hareclops gnashes his jaws at her.
Crash: *faintly* Coco... Coco...
There is another blast as the arena door flies open and a tall Dalmatian runs into the arena, slashing his light sabre at Hareclops. The beast forgets all about Coco and charges after Vector.
Vector: *taking a deep breath* This is it....
*scene switches*
Penny, Rodney and Dustin are standing near the edge of the moat surrounding the castle.
Dustin: They made it inside... I just hope they make it back out.
Penny: Don't worry, Vector is a highly skilled fighter, plus he would never let anything bad happen to Coco.
Suddenly, a voice from behind chuckled.
Voice: Hop in, the water's great!!
Dustin, Rodney and Penny scream as a bunch of hands shove them from behind and they fall headfirst into the crocodile infested moat. Lio, Hallie, and Deksta laugh evilly as they flounder helplessly in the water. Crocs begin approaching from all directions. Rodney and Dustin jump on top of the log that Coco and Vector had laid across the moat. The crocs jump and snap at them viciously. Penny leaps into the air and glides into the three evil siblings, firing a massive power blast, knocking them unconscious. She glides swiftly towards the dingoes, carrying them away to the edge of the jungle.
Rodney: 'Eyyyy!! JERKS!!
Dustin: C'mon, let's go steal their weapons!!
All three run over to the group. Penny takes Lio's ooze gun, and Dustin takes Hallie's whip.
Rodney: *laughing* I got this shocker, remember?
Penny: Great!! Now if the elementals show up, we can all fight them off!!
*Scene switches again, now showing a view of Hareclops hovering menacingly over Vector.*
The beast plunges its head towards him. Coco, meanwhile is trying to pick Crash up from the ground. He is still bound tightly in rope, although Hareclops’s teeth have slashed some of the rope through.
Crash: *weakly* Coco... help...
Coco then notices blood on the ropes. From behind there is a crazed laugh as Psycho attacks both Crash and Coco with a massive thunder shock. Cortex and N. Gin are staring down intensely at the arena. The camera now shows a view of the two doctors from behind as they stare in disbelief.
Cortex: But... but... how did??
N. Gin: Why... isn't that...
Both doctors glance at each other in horror.
Cortex and N. Gin: VECTOR YAMAZAKI!!!!
The camera now flashes to the scene below. Hareclops is growling and slowly backing away from Vector. Psycho dashes over and fires a thunder attack at Vector, but a force field is thrown up in front of him, and an enormous blast of energy is fired back at Psycho sending him hurtling through the air. Psycho slams into a wall and is knocked out by the blow.
N. Gin: NNNNOOOOOO!!!
Hareclops roars and charges into Vector, slashing him with his razor sharp claws.
Coco: *GASP* VECTOR!!!
Vector fires an energy blast, knocking Hareclops backwards. Hareclops then goes into psychic attack mode and stares into Vector's eyes, beginning to hypnotise him. Vector looks away quickly, then with one swipe of his light sabre, he slices the beast's side and then runs over to the coliseum door and slashes it apart. Hareclops roars in pain and furry as Coco grabs Crash from the ground and bolts out the door after Vector.
Cortex: *to Hareclops* DON'T JUST STAND THERE!!! Get them you mangy beast!!!!
Hareclops thunders out the door on all fours, speeding down the corridor after them.
Vector: COCO!! Quick, hand Crash to me!!!
Coco drops Crash into Vector's arms.
Vector: GO ON WITHOUT ME!!! RUN!!
Coco turns and flees out of the broken window just as Vector's painful screams echo throughout the castle corridor.
*scene blacks out*
*The camera now shows the inside of a floating, stone temple. Four figures sit on the floor frozen in crystal... one of them is Tiko Cortex. Ahrim hovers over them and Uka floats next to him. Ahrim laughs victoriously...
Ahrim: Four down, fifteen more to go!!
Brio and Kong are standing in the far corner of the room.
Brio: W-w-who, are t-t-t-the other f-f-f-fifteen??
Uka: Kitty Coot, T-Rex, GameGuy, Travis Tortoiseshell, Snappy Gator, Rodney, Dustin, Vector, Penny, Lio, Deksta, Hallie, and MOST of all..... CRASH, COCO AND AKU!!!
Kong: Ummm, ok, then who isn't we lookin' for??
Ahrim: SHUT UP!! Nothing shall stop me from seeking revenge on all of those snivelling mortals!! And Aku Aku shall never interfere with us EVER again!!
Brio: B, but, Aku is your son....
Ahrim: YES, regrettably. He has always been the evil one in our family. Time after time he has caused more trouble than he is worth!!!
Uka: Centuries ago, he locked me away in a temple. I STILL intend to seek my revenge on him.
Ahrim: And worst of all, he has teamed up with those filthy vermin who fight us at every turn!!
Kong: Say, where is Aku Aku anyway??
Everyone pauses in silence.
Uka: We locked him away in crystal, in the wall of the temple of souls, of course.
Kong and Brio glance at each other, horrified.
Ahrim: What is it... you'd better tell me!!!
Brio: *kneeling* Oh G-g-g-great Ahrim Ahrim... Kong you tell him.
Kong: I ain't tellin' him you tell him!
Brio: N-n-no, you!! Y-y-y-you w-were the one who broke down the wall...
Kong: Well you was the one who made that explosive potion that blew up the temple!!!
Ahrim and Uka flame in rage...
Uka and Ahrim: WHAAAAAAAAAAATTT!!!!!
*There is a clap of thunder as the scene blacks out*
*Scene opens at the secret headquarters in Barbados*
The group is standing in front of a small, abandoned cabin in the middle of the forest. Most of it has already fallen apart, and the basement serves as the Legion's humble hideout.
*scene flashes to inside the hideout*
Travis stands absently holding Violet's broken surfboard, looking utterly dejected.
Kitty: Aw, cheer up Travis. We'll find them.
Travis remains silent.
Rex: It's alright, Trav. We know that Ahrim has them.
Kitty: We just need to set a trap for him and the elementals, once they are trapped, Carla and the others will be set free.
GameGuy: Do you suppose Ahrim has them trapped in power crystal?
Rex: *laughing* He's so predictable, he always uses power crystal to trap prisoners.
Snappy: So how are we gonna trap this bloke??
Kitty: *smiling* Someone has to act as bait...
GameGuy: We'll pull straws to see who is the bait...
All five pull drinking straws from GameGuy's hand, then examine the length of them.
GameGuy: Ok, who has the short one?
Snappy: *sigh* Why me??
Kitty: Well, Snappy, looks like you’re the bait...
*scene changes back to Cortex Castle*
Rodney, Penny and Dustin watch anxiously as Coco climbs out of the window and stands near the edge of the dangerous cliff.
Penny: Coco, be careful!!
The camera now flashes showing Hareclops stampeding after Vector who has Crash slung over one shoulder. Vector leaps out the open window just as Hareclops chomps his jaws, catching Vector by the collar of his shirt. The beast tries to pull back, but the momentum sends him tumbling down the side of the cliff, slamming into Coco sending her plummeting from the cliff. Vector could see everything flash before his eyes, it were as if everything was moving in slow motion. The tall, jagged cliff and dangerous waters below grew closer and seemed to spin around as he felt his stomach sink. Coco screamed, reaching up towards Vector as she fell towards the rocks below. Vector then realized that Hareclops still had a hold on him. He struggled, holding on tight to Crash, summoning all of his powers he teleported onto a cliff ledge as Hareclops fell, crashing on the rocks below, plunging into the moat. Vector watched as his immense shadow sank and disappeared under the waters.
Crash: Vector??
Vector: Hey man, it's ok... we're getting outta here.
Crash: *weakly* Where... where's Coco?
Suddenly Vector felt his heart sink. He glanced at the cliff below.
Vector: I... I... think she's... gone.
*scene changes showing an overhead view of the sandy beach and sparkling waters*
Standing in the middle of the beach is a green gator...
Snappy: *glancing around nervously* Uhhhh, guys... are ya sure this is gonna work?
Kitty: Yes, we're positive. Now just do like we planned, all right?
Snappy: *grumbling under his breath* Do I have a choice?
Snappy began marching around in circles in the sand, pretending to search for something. He stops and scratches his head, and then call out as loudly as possible...
Snappy: HEY EVERYONE, I CAN'T FIND ANY SIGN OF BORON OR THE OTHERS…
Snappy then flops on his back in the sand.
Snappy: THIS IS USELESS...
He pauses and looks around.
Snappy: THAT STUPID AHRIM MUST HAVE TAKEN THEM AWAY. IF HE WERE 'ERE I'D KICK HIS GHOSTLY BACKSIDE!!
He pauses again, lifting his head, looking around with an annoyed expression.
Snappy: I SAID, IF HE WERE 'ERE HERE I'D KICK HIS GHOSTLY BACKSIDE!!!!
Presently, there was a light rustle of wind through the trees that steadily began to pick up. Snappy leapt to his feet, prepared for action.
*scene fades white, and reopens*
Ahrim Ahrim is flying through the clouds over the beach.
Ahrim: The fools! They don't think I'm wise to their little plan? We'll just see about that...
*scene fades white, then fades in showing Vector standing on the cliff ledge holding Crash.*
Crash: Gone?!!
Crash could feel a lump come up in this throat. He forgot about his own excruciating pain and focused his thoughts on Coco.
Crash: GONE??!! No, how could that be... no... no... it can't be...
Vector was at a loss for what to say. Inside he felt the guilt sting at him. Coco was dead, and it was all his fault.
Penny: VECTOR!!
Vector looked up sadly, then his jaw dropped in shock. Rodney and Dustin were sitting on the grass beside Coco's body.
*scene fades and then flashes*
Snappy is standing near the shoreline as dark clouds began to form on the horizon.
The camera now shows Kitty, T-Rex, Travis, and GameGuy hiding behind the trees.
Kitty: Ok, this is it... everyone assume your positions... ready?
Travis: Ready!! Bring it on, Ahrim!!
There is a clap of thunder and a flash of lightning from the sky as a large, swirling mist began descending on Snappy. The mist cleared, and the four elementals stood before him. There is another rumble and a flash and Uka Uka comes gliding over towards Snappy, hitting him with a power jolt.
Kitty: CHAAAARRGE!!!
All four of them ran out from behind the bush's shouting and charging at the spirits.
Uka: HAHAHAHAHAAAA!!! This is a joke! You idiotic mortals have the brainpower of a rock!!!
Kitty: *thrusting out her wrist* Take a gander at this rock!!
The power bracelet was burning a bright white and mist swirled from within it. Uka stares at it and zaps a power blast, but the spirit stone absorbs it.
Uka: You cannot trap me with that!! I am a constrained spirit!!
Suddenly there is a massive rumble and a crash of thunder and lighting as a tall, evil spirit with glowing eyes stood before them all. In his ghastly hand, he holds the glowing Power Stone. Everyone stares in horror.
Ahrim: Surprise, surprise. You loathsome creatures never counted on me finding this stone. I THE GREAT AHRIM AHRIM have come to seek my final revenge, at last!!
Rex: You just try and imprison us... we have the spirit stone!!
Ahrim: *snapping his fingers* ELEMENTALS ATTACK!!!!
There is a massive gust of wind as a dark shadow approaches from the ocean behind where the spirits are hovering.
Snappy: Oh my gosh!!!
A 70 foot tall tidal wave is rapidly approaching shore as a tornado follows it. All five fighters turn to run when a massive explosion of fire bursts through the forest and the earth beneath them begins to quake.
Travis: *screaming* IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD!!!!
*Scene flashes*
Vector: *shouting down to Penny* Hang on!! We're coming down!!
Vector gathers his strength and glides down the cliff and over the moat, carrying Crash with him. Dustin and Rodney both look up at Vector. Coco remains motionless on the ground.
Crash: NNNNOOOO!!! COCO...COCO!!!!
Suddenly, Coco's eyelids flutter and open as she begins gasping for air. She sits up and coughs up water...
Coco: CRASH!!!!
Crash: COCO!!!!
Vector breathed a sigh of relief as Penny beamed happily and the two dingoes jumped to their feet, slapping each other high fives.
Coco: Oh my gosh, how can I ever thank you guys for saving me?!
Rodney: *erhem* Well, actually it was me that saved you...
He winks at her and Dustin rolls his eyes.
Rodney: Let's just say that everything I learned in French class came in handy.
Coco: Uhhhh... sure... thanks guys.
Crash moans painfully, holding his side.
Penny: We should get you home so you can rest.
Suddenly, from on the ground a few yards away, Deksta, Hallie and Lio stirred and sat up wearily.
Vector: What are they doing here?!
Lio: *looking all around* Hey, where's my ooze gun?!!
Deksta: They have it!!
All three stood up and began approaching the group.
Hallie: Give me my whip!!
Dustin: I'd be glad to!! Right on yer butt!!!
Suddenly there is a deafening clap of thunder followed by several flashes of light as one by one they all disappear.
*scene fades white, then fades in*
Travis dashes out of the way of the flames as Ahrim fires a power blast at him. Travis braces himself, and then sends off a thunder shock attack. There is a massive power surge as both powers collide. The fighters scream as they are strewn in every direction by the explosion. Faults begin opening in the ground. Travis and Snappy nearly fall down the dark crevice, but GameGuy runs over and pushes them out of the way. Rex and Kitty, meanwhile, are running towards the jungle as the shadow of the gargantuan wave grows so close to shore it blocks out the view of the sky.
Rex: WE'LL NEVER MAKE IT!!!
Fire bursts in front of them as the wind uproots trees and the ground quakes. Kitty and Rex fall to the ground screaming.
Ahrim: THERE IS NO ESCAPE NOW!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!!!!
Rex: KITTY!!!
Kitty grits her teeth, squeezing her eyes shut as a thundering, rolling sound of the monsoon comes crashing down over the trees tops. There is a deluge of water as Kitty and Rex are submerged in the flood. Grabbing each other’s hands they struggle to the surface, gasping for air. Kitty raises her right arm out of the water. The spirit stone is glowing so brightly it blots out everything around them.
Kitty: EARTH, WIND, WATER, FIRE!!!!
Squeezing her eyes shut, she summons the power of the stone. The fire elemental soars above them as they are swept away by the flood, and the rapids plough the trees down. The spirit shoots balls of fire at Rex, who puts them out by splashing water with her tail. The fire elemental wails as it is drawn closer to the power bracelet and in a burst of red light is imprisoned.
Ahrim: NNNNOOOO!!!! Curse you!!
Then, from beneath the water a large, brown spirit emerges, hurling boulders at the two fighters. Kitty fires a beam of white light from the braclet. Hitting the boulder it smashes to pieces. One large chunk hits Kitty on the shoulder.
Kitty: OW!!!
Her arm is knocked under the water, but she manages to lift to out again, sending a blast of power at the earth elemental. Suddenly, two hands grab Kitty and Rex from behind, they scream and turn.
Snappy: It's me - relax!!
Rex: Now's not the time for relaxing!!!
Gameguy and Travis are swept along behind Snappy. The wind picks up as the waters begin to swirl. The gang screams as they are swept in a circle that swirls faster and faster. Kitty looks up, a round, vortex of wind and water is swirling around them. Kitty is submerged, struggling as she feels the powerful tides dragging her down. Opening her eyes, she can still see the spirit stone glowing dimly. She feels the water spinning her faster and faster, struggling she realizes she can't hold her breath any longer. Panic ensues as the light of the spirit stone flashes before her eyes. There is a blast of white light as Kitty summons all of her power. She chokes as water fills her lungs and she gasps, feeling her lungs freeze up. There is a thundering sound, she feels like she is falling. Then she feels her back touch the ground and the water around her disappear. The wind whips her hair as she sits up, coughing out water. Air fills her lungs once more. Rex is lying on the ground next to her coughing and struggling to sit up.
Rex: KITTY!!! WIND ELEMENTAL....
Both fighters stare horrified as the same dark vortex that swallowed up Violet is now approaching them. Ahrim appears in front of it.
AHRIM: KITARIA COOT!!! YOU HAVE EVOKED MY ULTIMATE WRATH... but now I finally have my revenge on all of you. Crash, Coco and the others are all imprisoned. Two mortal bodies are all that is needed to destroy all of you!!!!
Kitty holds out her wrist, gazing at the spirit stone in horror. A large, jagged crack, shaped like a lightening bolt, is split down the centre of the stone, now grey and lifeless.
AHRIM: IT'S OVER MORTALS!!!!
Voice: NO FATHER!!! IT'S YOU WHOSE FATE HAS BEEN DESTROYED!!!!
Ahrim: WHAAAAAAATTT!!!!
Hovering in front of Ahrim is Aku Aku, a look of sheer determination burning in his glowing, yellow eyes.
Ahrim: If you have come to steal the Power Stone from me it is of no use... UKA UKA HAS THE STONE!!!!
Uka approaches from behind Rex and Kitty.
Uka: Oh Aku... you never learn do you, evil one? Now, with this sacred Stone, I shall not only be able to destroy your mask... but I shall destroy you and this entire planet as well!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!!!
Aku stares at Uka, horrified.
Aku: No... it cannot be... evil can not have triumphed in the end!!!
Uka shoots a blast of white light at Aku, but Rex leaps in front of the beam, blocking it. She instantly vanishes.
Ahrim:*to Kitty* HAHAHAHAHAAA!!! One more to go!! And you and your Legion shall be destroyed!!
Everything seemed to flash in slow motion before Kitty's eyes. She crouched down on all fours, staring at the Power Stone hovering in front of Uka. She sprang into the air, arms outstretched. A blast of white light shoots from Ahrim's eyes and Uka fires a blast... Kitty feels a sharp pain throughout her entire body... she falls to the ground... grasping a large, round orb. Ahrim and Uka both scream in furry as there is a flash of light so immense it whites out everything. The sound of their screams fade as does all other sounds. Kitty felt as if her heart had stopped. Closing her eyes, she soon realizes everything around her had faded back. She lay on the ground, staring up at a bright blue sky. Suddenly, hands began helping her up, there was laughing and cheering. Rex and GameGuy were standing right there. Crash ran over to Kitty, throwing his arms around her neck.
Crash: Thank you... *sniff*
Tears filled Kitty's eyes as she embraced Crash. Vector, Penny, Travis, Snappy, Dustin, Coco and Rodney watched with tears in their eyes. Even a tear slid down Vector's face. Boron, Carla and Violet stood before them, with the cubs.
Travis: CARLA!!! OH CARLA!!!
He threw himself into her arms. A short distance away, Aku watched with a tearful smile on his wise, old face.
Aku: Kitty has done it... she has become a true ghostfighter. *a tear rolls down his cheek* Crash my son... the ancient prophecy has been fulfilled... at last... we have had our final triumph.
Aku reflected in his mind....
*scene flashes and is blurred*
Two, small, bandicoot babies and a baby Austrailan Mist cat are lying side by side in a bassinet on a cloudy beach. Tied to the boy bandicoot's neck is a blue ribbon and a letter...
"Dear Spirit of Good and Light,
Please watch after our children, Crash and Coco. Keep them safe from the clutches of Cortex and the Dark Spirit. The kitten child is not ours, we found her abandoned by a river with this bracelet tied around her neck with string. Take care of the kitten, and keep her safe as well.

The camera zooms in on the bracelet tied to the kitten's neck. On the inside rim is an engraving, which reads,
"Kitaria"
