Create a toon that looks like one of their favorite Celebrities, Cartoon Characters, and Video Game Characters! They will be judged by a completely unbiased panel of judges. The judges will take into consideration the toon's name, the toon's clothing, and the names the player has given the toon's equipment. Appropriateness of impersonated famous person shall be decided by the judges. If the judges decide that the person being impersonated is offensive to anyone, the player will be disqualified. The judges have the final say on this matter and their word is law. To insure that players will be able to participate in this fun event, players are warned against dressing as anyone they think could be found objectionable.

5 Toons shall be judged at one time.

(Please be patient, if there is a line to get in) Someone should be outside the door to usher in each group of 5.
