If You Are a Sayian then you can get an upgrade in your stage (you can go super saiyan 1,2,3 etc). Humans, Namekians, and others can upgrade, but Saiyans have more stages that come with theirs. I know this is unfair for all you non saiyans, so when you go super human or namekian or anything else, you can choose 3 new techniques and 3 new items. s = saiyan, and n/s = non-saiyan (those are the gains for each).
