Bio: Ever since Rale was little he had been either heavily pursued or heavily avoided. For obvious reasons people don’t usually take a liking to people with completely black eyes. And for reasons he did not understand people from Shinra would do almost anything to get their hands him. Because people would always reject him he became a troublemaker doing anything for attention. He eventually got past that stage and settled down. But now wears sunglasses to hide his “devil eyes” as some people called them. He spends much of his time at gold saucer because he has an uncanny ability to pick winning chocobos at the chocobo races. Which in turn has made him quite the wealthy man.
