Bio: Born in Corel he was raised and trained to be a gunslinger, one of the peacekeepers of the area and a guardian of the precious coal supplies. When Shinra moved in and put up a mako reactor all use for coal was gone, furthermore shinra soldiers patrolled the area now so the use for the gunslinger diminished and they became a thing of the past. Roland laid his guns down and decided to live a calm life in the mining town with his fiance. One day Roland went shooting with a friend of his named Barret, when they returned they found Shinra soldiers had been attacked and a SOLDIER 1st Class named Sabot killed several innocent villagers who had nothing to do with the attack. One of them being Roland's fiance. When he found out the Sabot had fled, he picked his guns back up and left on a manhunt to claim the head of the man who took the most important thing in his life. Generally a compassionate and nice person Roland has no restraints when it comes to shinra anymore, he shows no mercy to them and would go out of his way to make trouble for them.
