Known Materia: Doesn’t have a clue what materia is. A summon materia may or may not be what makes up the gem of his staff, but he doesn’t know how to use it, so he can’t tell.

Bio: Quite possibly the world’s worst vampire. He lives the dream of most of his species - the ability to walk around in the daylight unnaffected by it, but uses it to have fun instead of to feed. In fact, its been several years since the last time he had any blood at all. He doesn’t have a clue why he can survive the sun, and couldn’t care less. Zalia has no physical abilities to speak of, and doesn’t know how to work materia well enough to make any real use of it. He has claws of a kind, and of course can bite... but he’s physically very weak. A good punch would send him flying and he has a problem with bullets and swords. He’s very intelligent, and likes to come up with crazy schemes, even if he never uses them... but has absolutely no mental abilities. Psychokinesis and telepathy are totally beyond him in his normal form. In fact, while un-transformed, his only real skill is his ability to teleport - a skill that he seems to only use when it will let him laugh at someone’s misfortune. His imp-like personality and physical weaknesses would make him a prime candidate for a coffin, except for the fact that nobody is quite sure how to kill him...
