                                                                                                                       Rules:

#1.  [Act Birth: 11/11/02]  Promotions to Sergeant and Officer positions are attained by a positive vote equalling 70% (80% for Officer) of all guild members who express an opinion and 10 recruits under your belt for Sergeant (10 more for Officer).  There are no exceptions except for historical actions previous to this rule.

#2.  [Act Birth: 10/31/02]  Your rank equals the power of your opinion in the guild.  These are the number of votes your position accounts for:

Recruit    (0)
Member  (1)
Sergeant  (2)
Officer     (3)
Leader     (4)

#3.  [Act Birth: 10/31/02]  The highest ranked member is always the leader of the chosen group.  This is due respect by those of lesser rank.

#4.  [Act Birth 10/31/02]  Recruits must go through a 14 day fee before promotion to membership and MUST REGISTER ON THE FORUM.  This assures us that you are a wise investment to the guild.

#4.  [Act Birth 11/10/02]  Respect your fellow guild members in game chat, forum, and forum live chat.  If I receive too many complaints about your behavior, I will be forced to notify you of the situation and give due warning.  We are a democracy and the opinion of the whole guild is what counts.  I don't care what you do, but if the guild does we've got a problem.

#5.  [Act Birth 11/10/02]  Respect your superiors, for failure to do so can result in immediate dishonorable dismissal from the guild without notice.  If you have a problem with a superior just remember that you are in no position to challenge.  If you want something done about a superior first do the following things:

1.  Notify  your superior's superiors and talk to other members in the guild PRIVATELY about the issue.

2.  If you feel that you have enough of the guild on your side (70% for Sergeants & 80% for Officers) then start a poll on the forum.

3.  This is where you can't do anything else but cast your own vote.  I will then watch, cast my vote as I see fit, and make the proper adjustments in conjunction with the mass vote.

#6.  [Act Birth 11/10/02]  When you are assigned to a squad, you will be expected to fly with that group whenever possible.  If your squad members aren't online or there aren't enough to form your squad, it will be excusable.

#7.  More rules to come....
