Poutine - The dish Christian told me I absolutely had to try. It's fries with gravy and the "squish-squish" fromage (per David).
Tire d'erable. They pour concentrated maple syrup on the snow and you take your wooden stick to cool it down and finally onto your stick like a lollipop. Yummy!
