Cooking light
If you had to marry one fruit or vegetable, what would it be? (We're talking every day for the rest of your life here, people. Think carefully.)

Jen wasn't willing to commit to a long-term relationship, but she did think seriously about corn. I knew right away, the way you know about a good melon. The potato is the only one for me. (Since Mountain Dew isn't an option.) Fried, mashed, stuffed, baked, twice-baked, boiled, squished flat and made into pancakes -- all good. And then, it hit me: Isn't vodka made from potatoes? Clearly, I've made the right decision.
