Hai, I know the title sounds weird, but it works! I was just sitting around by the computer with the song on and *WHAM!* it hit me like a ton of bricks. *stars pop out of Desly's eyes and a brick falls from the sky onto her head* ITAI! *rubs head*

Duo slowly walked by a bench that was next to a slow flowing river and sighed slowly. He sat down, his heart shaped face, cupped in his hands. Wufei was camped out a little further upstream with Nataku. Trowa and Quatre were a little ways off, playing music that twinkled into the stream like magic. Duo sighed again and started singing out of boredom.
"I looked forever then
On the bench next to me"
Heero walked by and sat down by the bench, typing away at his laptop. Duo smirked and sang some more.
"You sat down
In the afternoon glare
By the riverbank"
Heero paused a minute from his typing and looked at Duo briefly, a glint of emotion flashed by his eyes and Duo acknowledged back with a grin and another verse.
"For yesterday's depressing moment
A proper solution
You provided to me"
Duo reminisced about yesterday

"Duo," Heero growled.
"Hai? Ya called?" Duo grinned and popped out of the cockpit of Shinigami with dust and sweat on his cheeks.
"Stop singing," Heero mumbled.
"Nani?! I'm not going to! Make me stop then Mr. Perfect Soldier!" Duo made a face and blew a raspberry towards Heero's direction.
"Hn," Heero jumped off Wing Zero's cockpit.
Duo watched as Heero sped off towards Shinigami and slid across the platform he was standing on to avoid contact with Heero's fist/foot. Heero stopped in front of the Deathcythe and steadily climbed it as if it was nothing. Duo stood rooted with a smirk. Heero bounced up onto the platform and stared intently at Duo.
"Ok, so you're here. Either my watch is broken or I'm nuts, you ran over here and climbed MY gundam in 30 seconds flat..." Duo rambled, looking at his watch.
"Both," Heero replied.
"Nani?!?!" Duo’s eyes bulged.
"Damare Duo," Heero glared at Duo.
"Make me!" Duo taunted at Heero. "Nyah nyah nyah nyah nya-- ooommmmmpphhhh!"
Duo's eyes widen in surprise as Heero swiftly stepped forward and held him in a lip-locked state. Duo shrugged and grinned into the kiss. He closed his eyes and kept right on. Heero showed no signs of stopping either.

Duo flashed back to the present with a gigantic grin and looked at Heero intently, love glowing in his eyes and sang another verse.
"I was happy
More than anything"
Heero smirked as he continued typing.
"There will be other lovers,
but I want to be in this way, always by your side"
Heero turned to Duo and mouthed, 'Other lovers?!!! OMAE O KOROSU!' Duo shook his head and shrugged. He pulled out a piece of paper and pointed that it was on the script.
Heero made a face and continued typing. Duo decided to sing some more.

Duo looked up into the sky intently and closed his eyes. He smirked as he sang another verse.
“The one that kids around in serious times
The one that plays a whistle

Heero mouthed ‘That’s you’ to Duo. Duo bowed down and giggled.
“Summer baseball on the grass
A sulking child
That reprimanding eye
Was gentle
More than anybody's”
‘That’s YOU’ mouthed Duo at Heero and pointed at him. Heero gave him a glare that meant Shut-Up-Baka-Or-Else-Someone-Will-Find-Out!
“I don't know any comforting words
I want you; I don't want you to change”
Quatre and Trowa continued playing a dainty rhythm along with Duo’s tenor/alto voice as he sang the refrain.
“Thoughts of grief
Unrequited love
If in this way you
Become alone again

Even if we can't become more than friends”
Heero turned to Duo and glared. He mouthed ‘Even if we can’t become more than friends?!’ Duo winked at him and sang the last verse.
“I like you
I really like you”
Heero snorted and mouthed ‘No shit Sherlock.’ Duo smirked and mouthed back ‘Keep digging Watson’ and laughed at Heero’s frowning face.
“Though you may want it to end
Stay this way a little more

Duo lay back on the bench, sighing deeply and closed his eyes, placing his arms behind his head. He opened his eyes to find a pair of cobalt blue eyes staring right back into his amaryllis eyes.
Duo grinned as Heero mouthed, ‘You baka, I’m never going to leave you and I’m only changing because of you.’ Then he pressed his lips urgently against Duo’s and was pleased to find a response from him.
