Open your eyes and face the light. Zac's
confused dream
sequence.
A series of red lights flashes in my eyes. I can hear the screams of the crowd, they chant, "Hanson Hanson Hanson" The lift goes up, but I am on it alone. Where are Tay and Ike? I can't see much, but what I can see, I don't like. There's a girl, she's got red hair, and she's standing alone on the stage, staring at me. She's got this creepy look on her face, and then I look out into the audience. There's nothing, and no one there. I then notice the boom box beside her. That's where the screams are coming from, no doubt. The girl puts out her hand, and touches my face. Suddenly, something hits me really hard in the chest and knocks the wind out of me. "Ooooof!" I open my eyes, and Mackie is drenched across me. I'm covered in sweat. It takes a minute to get my breathe back. "What the hell are you doing Mackie?!???!??!?" He grins, and says, "Wanna play hide and Seek?" It's then that I realize that we're in a hotel, and it's 9:00 at night. Mackie's in his Pajamas. "You're supposed to be in bed. Where's mom and dad?" Once again, he grins. "I was in bed." He says, "But Zoe woke me up, so, I got up and came to bug you. Mum and dad are out for dinner, and Tay's taking care of Zoe.Oh, and Ike's on that date." Great. I'm stuck with Toothless Willy here who's supposed to be asleep, and Tay gets the one that likes me. I walk the kid back to his bed, and read him a long confusing Dr.Suess book. By the end of it, he's falling asleep, so I pat him on the head, and then I leave. Avie is asleep on the floor of the hallway with a collection of Barbies. I pick her up, 'cuz she's not that big, and I plop her onto the bed she's supposed to share with Jessie. Jess is in bed watching the grinch on T.V, even though it is only November 12th. What's with all the Suess? I wander back to wear I was laying before Mackenzie woke me up, but Tay has taken my place to the fullest extent. In other words, he's in my spot, and sleeping. So I decide to go for a walk. It's early enough, but late enough for all the fans to be at home....Right?
