We were eating when she poured Dr.Pepper all over herwhite outfit. "We're goin' to be late to the concert!!!!!!" I yelled. She came down the stairs wearing MY white and purple bold striped CK shirt,MY favorite pair of wide legs, and MY new Baywatch heels. "About time. And in all my clothes! We are going to be late." "So our dad is having them over for dinner at city hall. And we got back stage passes remember?" Jessica said. "Yeah but...." "Just get in the dang limo!" Her father (my step father) was the mayor of New York {remember this isnt a true story} and after the concert me and Jessica were going to meet Hanson. Of course the limo ride was boring, we were both too excited to say anything. "What do you think they'll be like?" I finally asked. "I don't know." We didn't talk for the rest of the trip.'They seem nice on their video. They'll probably be even nicer in person.' I thought to myself. "YOu got the back stage passes?" "Who could for get the back stage passes to an event like this???!" Jessica asked. "NO ONE!!!!!"I said. "We are 10 minutes late so we'll just go back stage." Jessica said. "O...K..." We waited backstage while Zac Taylor and Ike performed. After they were done with the concert they came over to us and Zac asked "Are you the mayor's daughters?" "I'm his step daughter Carrie and this is his real daughter Jessica." "Enough chit-chat," Ike said,"We're going to take our showers and get changed. We'll meet you guys at city hall for your dad's interview with us." "OK" Jessica said with a laugh. "What are you laughing at?" Ike asked. "ZAC!!!!" I laughed practically laughing my guts out. "Zac stop!!" Tay said. "Gosh!! Have a sense of humor." Zac yelled. Taylor rolled his eyes and said "We'll meet you at city hall." "Ok Bye." I said Me and Jessica turned around and I whispered to Jessica "I think Tay likes you." We turned around and they were still looking at us. "Oh yeah I think Zac likes you." I smiled turned around and waved good-bye one last time. Chapter 2- City Hall At city hallmy step dad totally bored us all with the stupid question my dad asked,"So Hanson one of you like my daughters?" "Dad!!!" I exclaimed. "Oh yeah I'm really in love with Carrie." Zac joked. My dad leaned over, looked at Zac sternly,and joked "Stay away from for her. I don't want any hacky pancky in this house. Zac slid really low in his seat and joked back "Will do furture father-in-law." "Ok.Enough joking it's getting old." Jessica said. "Someone's jealous!" Ike laughed. "Excuse me Mr.Mayor Its time for dinner." Our maid said. "Oh," my dad said looking at his watch,"You can have the reast if the night off. I hope you guys like peas, potatoes and steak." "Yummy!!!!!!! Food!!!!!!!!!!!" Zac said as he ran towards the dining hall. About half through dinner I finally got tired of my dad saying embrassing stuff about me and Jessica, "May I be excused?" "Sure." When i got to the door my dad called " Could you show Zac to the pot?" "Come on Zac" I yelled back. Zac came running towards me and when we got to the restroom. Zac said "Carrie,I dont need to use the restroom I just....." He trailed off. "Just...what?" "I justwanted to get away for his annoying coversation about his perfect daughter Jessica!!" "HI" Tay said. Zac and I turned around and we saw Ike Tay and Jessica coming down the hall. "OK people we are going to this way cool hang out place." Jessica said. "Do you guys roller blades?" I asked. "Yeah we brought them" Tay answered. "THEY'RE IN THE FRONT HALL!!" Zac yelled. I smiled at Zac and said "We'll exit out the front hall then." We all walked to the front hall,Zac Taylor and Ike got their blades and got in the limo. When we started to drive away from city hall I was surprised when Zac hit me over the head with a pillow,he smiled and laughed. "You think thats funny?" I asked "Yep!" he repiled. I went to hit him back,he ducked and i hit Taylor. He looked at me and hit Jessica. Zac,me,Jessica and Taylor got in a big pillow fight and Ike said," You guys are so childish." We all looke dat him and started to hit him with our pillows. When all of the suddenthe driver said, "You are at your destanation." Chapter 3- The Hangout "Ok.People we're here!"Jessica said. "But you guys don't have any blades." Zac said. "Yeah. We do.They're in the back." I said. "I'll get them for you." Zac said. "Thank you,Zac." Jessica said. We got out and told the driver to wait here,because I knew we would get mobbed by a bunch of screaming fans. "The skating rink closes at 10:00 and its 8:00 lets skate first. Then we'll go get some pizza."Jessia said. "Then we'll get something to eat?" Zac asked,"HOW IN THE WORLD CAN YOU BE HUNGRY?!" "I just am. Adjust." Jessica answered. We got up to the front door and Zac turned and whispered in my ear "Will you save a slow dance for me,Carrie?" "Sure" I whispered back. "Cool." he whispered. We walked in and all of the sudden a whole bunch of teenage girls came running towards us. "Run!!!!!!" Zac yelled. We ran out the door,into the limo, and told the driver to drive. "Haha" Zac laughed. " That's the lightest crowd we ever had!" "We could go to the libary, its got a huge parking lot,and its closed by now." Jessica suggested. "OK LETS GOV!!!!" Zac said in a space alien type voice. "Gov?" I asked. When got to the libary we turned on the radio really loud and put on our blades the first song we heard was "I Just Want to Fly" by Sugar Ray.After a couple songs came a slow. 'Oh no not the Titanc song.' I thought. Zac came over to me and asked,"May I have this dance young damsel?" "Here jessica hold my PEPSI." I gave my pop to Jessica and took Zac's hand.Me and Zac went over to the front libary door. "Carrie?" "What?" I look into Zac's eyes and felt like I would melt. "I wanted to tell you something ." "What is it?" "Me and my brothers are staying with you for a month while we work on the "Weird" video." "That's fine with me." "Hey you little lovebirds." Ike yelled "The song was over 5 minutes ago." "If you guys want to slow dance you can slow dance back to Carrie's house cause we're leaving." Tay yelled. "Coming!!!!" Zac yelled and turned back and said to me " You want to see a movie sometime?" "Sure." I smiled at him. Everyone slept on the way back,except for me. I was to confused to sleep. Zac had just told me something I didn't care about, but was happy he was staying. But he was acting a little weird like a chicken with its head cut off. "Carrie?" A voice said in the darkness. "Yeah."I answered and turned on the light. "We don't want you to tell Jessica we're staying for a month." Ike said. "I won't." I turned of the light and starred out the window. Chapter 4 We soon came to a mansion looking house. "Get up, Jessica."" Zac praticlly yelled in her ear. "God make me deaf!" she teased. "We are going to have to sneak in my dad would freak if he knew we were here this late!" I said. As we started to creep to the make Zac said, "As we creep slower and slower." "Shut up." Ike said. When we jumped over the back fence a bright light shown on us. "Daughters! I'm surprised at you! And you too Hanson! You guys are out till 2:00 am and don't even call me and tell me where you were! And that's another thing where were you exactly?" Dad said. "Out rollerblading." Zac said. "Now dad if you are finished. I'm taking these guys to the guest rooms." I said. We walk passed dad and Zac said "Night." in a strange goofy voice. When we got half way down the hall me, Ike and Zac were still looking for rooms for Zac and Ike. "Hey Carrie Shake my hand." Zac said. "Why?" "Just do it!" I shook his hand. He had past me a note. "Passing notes I see. I did that with some of the girls I liked." Ike said, "Zac come here and Carrie keep looking." Ike and Zac walked over to the Greek vase my step dad bought my mom before she died. "What?" Zac said kinda mad. "Me and Tay were going to tell you but I think ..." "Yada Yada Yada, WHAT!?" "Don't get to serious with Carrie you know were leaving in a month." Ike said. "I cant help it. Ever since I heard her laugh seen her smile , I couldn't help but fall for her." "Ike I found a room for you." I said loudly. "Ok. I'm coming," He replied, "I'll talk to you tomorrow." Ike started to walk to his room, Zac just stood there. I think he didn't want to move, his face was all red like he was ready to cry. "Zac," I quietly yelled, "come on." He started to run and by the time he caught up with me he was crying. "I'm sorry I know you don't want to see a guy cry." "Its Ok cry all you want I wont tell anyone." "Promise?" "Promise." Chapter 5 It was 1:00 am. I was lying in my bed, awake, when my door flew open. I sat up."Who's there?" "It's us. Ike and Taylor." Tay said. "What do you want?" I asked. "Look we don't know how to put this,but......." Ike was interrupted by Tay, "Don't start falling in love with Zac." "What?!" I asked, "You have no right to tell me who I'm allowed to fall in love!" "When it's our little brother yes we can." Tay said. "No. You can't. It doesn't matter who it is if Zac or one of you two. I love Zac and you can't stop me from loving him." I said. "Now please go away." "But Carrie we'll be leaving in a month. If you keep loving him it will break you heart and his when we leave." "Not if we're really in love if we are he knows I'll love him after he leaves. Now go away!" They got up and left. I started to cry and about at 1:30 am, I heard a voice ask me, "Why are you crying?" "Zac? Is that you?" "Of course it's me. Who else would it be?" "Well your brother were in here and told me to stop loving you." I stopped. "You love me?" "Couldn't you tell?" "I thought we were flirting." "You need to pay way more attention to how people look at you and talk to you." I said reached over and held his hand. "You look at me ?" "Well, duh." I laughed. "You're cute and nice and sweet and funny how could someone not look at you?" "Well besides those fine extras I'm stupid and annoying. And I'm not cute I look like a girl!" "God that's one ugly girl." I joked, "Can I talk to you tomorrow? I'm kinda tired." "Ok." Zac got up and started to walk to the door, he stopped, turned around, "Carrie? You know I haven't been kissed yet. Well would you kiss me?" "Sure." Chapter 6 The next morning I woke up way early like at six and Zac was jumping on my bed! "Zac," I moaned, "It's only 6:00. I've only got 5 hours of sleep.Go away." I threw a pillow at him he caught it , (surprise surprise) , and threw it back at me. "Get up! Tay Ike and me are going to go do a show and I want you to come." Zac said. "Fine. I'll come. Just let me take my shower and get dressed." I said as I got up out of my bed. Zac walked to the door and said "Well hurry up we've only got 20 minutes." About 10 minutes later I came walk down the stairs and Tay was walking up the stairs. "Oh I was going to go get you we need to leave." We got in to the limo. Zac and me started talking about what kind of movie we should see. "Should we see a romance?" I asked. "Yuck! Mushy stuff." he said. "No way are you getting me to sit through a action packed drama." I said. "That's sounds interesting." Zac said. "You guys planning a date or something?" Tay asked. "I don't think that's any of your business." I said. "Sure it is." Tay said. "He's our bro." "Excuse me Mr. and Mrs. Zac Hanson we are here." Ike joked. "Ha ha ha. Very funny. " Zac said. I stepped out of the car and said "Why did you bring me to Central Park?" "This is where we are doing the show." Tay said. "We are performing and Zac said he wouldn't do it if you weren't here." Ike said. I smiled at Zac and he smiled back. We started to get up to the stage. Tay, Ike and Zac sung into the mikes to check the sound( or whatever it is they do). "Hey, Carrie!" Ike said. "Come sing in this mike." "No thank you. I'll leave the sing to the professials." Zac came running towards me, grabbed my arm and drag me to the mike. "Sing." Zac said pionting to the mike. "La la la la la." I said. "No forget it." They all laughed. Except Zac he just stood there. After a couple minutes he hugged me. "Why did you hug me?" I asked Zac as he was being pulled away. "I don't know I just thought it was right." Zac said sounding kinda confussed. "At the time." Tay mumbled. We did hear him we didn't care. We hugged again. Zac let go and started running until he was out of sight. "Look what you did." Tay whispered in my ear. "You have already caused him heartbreak."
