I grew up on "Local-Style" cuisine which is a combination of many diverse cooking techniques
from the many cultures that thrive in the islands - among these are Hawaiian, Filipino, Chinese,
Japanese, Samoan, Korean, and Portuguese. I love this food and, even when far away from home,
