1/4 oz. Myer's Original Dark Rum
3/4 oz. Captain Morgan's Parrot
Bay
1/4 oz. Apricot Brandy
5 oz. Pineapple Juice
Shake well. Pour over ice-filled
glass. Garnish with a pineapple slice.

1 1/4 oz. Myer's Original Dark
Rum
1 1/4 oz. Fresh Squeezed Orange
Juice
2 Ice Cubes
Add Rum, OJ and Ice Cubes to
frosted glass and stir.
Pedersen Passion
3/4 oz. Captain Morgan Original
Spiced Rum
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
5 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix
8 oz. Crushed Ice
Shake well with crushed ice
and serve in a Collins glass. Garnish with a pineapple flag.

Spiced Rum
4 oz. Mountain Dew
4 Ice Cubes
First, put 4 ice cubes into
a glass. Then you add the Captain. You would then pour the mountain dew
in next.

Blend.
Sea Nettle Sting
1 part pineapple juice
1 part grapefruit juice

1/4 oz. vodka
Mix all ingredients in shaker
over ice, shake vigorously and strain over ice.

1/2 oz. tequila
1 teaspoon Absolut Peppar
1/8 tea spoon ginger
1 dash bitters
Shake with ice. Pour into cocktail
glass. Chill, add ice cube.

Mix together and enjoy!
Morgan's Twister
1/2 oz. Peachtree
1 oz. Sweet & Sour
Splash of OJ
Pour all ingredients into a
shaker over ice, shake & strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish
with a twist of orange peel and slice of fresh peach (when available).
Captain's Spiced Cider
1-1/4 oz. Captain Morgan
Original Spiced Rum or Private Stock
4 oz. Apple Cider
Heat 4 oz. of Apple Cider (either
in the microwave or on a stove). Pour into a heat proof mug and top off
with Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum or Private Stock.
Captain's Sea Breeze
1-1/4 oz. of either Captain
Morgan Silver Spiced Rum, Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, Private Stock
or Parrot Bay.
Cranberry Juice or Cranberry and
Orange Juice.
Fill an 8-oz. glass halfway
with ice. Add the juice or juices. Top off with your favorite variety of
Captain Morgan rum.
Parrot Bay Punch
1-1/4 oz. Captain Morgan's
Parrot Bay Rum
Orange Juice
Pineapple Juice
Ice
Fill an 8 oz. glass 1/2 with
ice. Add OJ and Pineapple juice, top off with Parrot Bay, stir and enjoy.

1-1/4 oz. Captain Morgan
Original Spiced Rum
Dr. Pepper
Ice if you desire
Put ice in the glass. Pour rum
over ice. Top off with Dr. Pepper.

Crushed ice
Pour Captain Morgan Original
Spiced Rum into a small glass.
Put small glass into larger
glass, packing crushed ice around the smaller glass.
Enjoy w / straw. Ice will not
melt and dilute the delicious flavor of our sacred Captain!
Pierre's Revival
1 oz. Captain Morgan's Parrot
Bay Rum
1/4 oz. triple sec
1/2 oz. pineapple juice
1 dash bitters
Shake rum and triple sec with
ice. Pour ingredients into cocktail glass. Add pineapple juice, bitters.
Garnish with lime slice.
The Stout Cortez
1 oz. Captain Morgan Silver
Spiced Rum
1/4 oz. Absolut Peppar
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/4 oz. seltzer
Shake Spiced rum, vodka, and
lime juice with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass. Top with seltzer
water. Serve straight up with a lemon wheel garnish.
