This is a bordered bg and is trickier to use than the traditional
bg's unless you are already
familiar with using these bg's.
Now keep in mind this page was made with a 17" monitor
using 800x600 resolution. This
particular bordered bg
shows up on both sides of my screen instead of just the left
the way it
was originally made. It may appear on your screen
properly if you are using different settings and/or
a different size
screen. It should be on the left only. However, if it does appear
on both sides
you can still use it the way I have. Just center
your text and put line breaks so as not to overlap
the image
on either side.
