This is the same bordered bg as the previous Rusty one just
with a different color.
For those of you who didn't view the
previous bordered bg please note that this page was made with
a 17" monitor using 800x600 resolution so the bg appears on
both sides of the screen. All you have to do
is center your text
and put line breaks in your text so that it will not overlap the bg.
