    Included Sites: The only kind of site that really has a good chance at winning this award is a character shrine. The next best chance is to have a unique Sailor Moon site that isn't like every other general site out there. Nothing else can receive this award.

    Criteria: This is for sites that are very nice, but not quite what I'm looking for to receive the cosmic award. The creativity/uniqueness is not as much of an issue, but I'm still looking for something special and nicely put together.
