If you are going to use a beat for commercial use,
you have two options:
1. Leasing: $75 unless noted otherwise. When leasing a beat,
you are entitled to ONLY ONE commercial use. The beat can be sold again, and the download option will not
be removed from my site.
2. Exclusive/Full rights: ($150-250, e-mail for actual price) The beat will be ONLY yours,
and you will be free to use it for any of your projects. The beat will not be sold again, and the download
option will be removed from the site.
Upon purchase of the beat, the vocal tag of the beat will be removed, and I can make some MINOR alterations
in the sequencing.
What you get:
The beat will be sent to you in individual instrument tracks (such as the snare track, bass track, hat track,
etc.) on a Data CD or audio cd. On the Data Cd the instrument tracks will be saved as individual WAV files,
and on the audio cd each instrument will be on a different track number.
Payment:
Pay Pal- This is a free service that can be signed up for at www.paypal.com, if you don't have an
account. Login to your account, use the "Send Money" function, and send agreed amount (US Dollars) to
contrabeats@hotmail.com. You must include your name and shipping address. I'll email you to verify that I
recieved payment, and I'll send the beat as soon as possible. Along with the beat, you'll receive a contract
stating I created the instrumental and am giving you exclusive rights.
Check/Money order- I e-mail you a contract, stating our agreement, which you sign and send to my
mailing address along with the agreed amount. When I receive payment I will sign the contract, and return it with the beat.
