I'm Tia, as most people know me by. I grew up in Nova Scotia and went to the Nova Scotia Agricultural College (NSAC).

Morgan grew up in Newfoundland and went to the AC as well. Morgan and I met at our college bar (The Barn) one night about 6 years ago. Since that night we have moved all over Canada and the U.S. We've lived in Truro, Nova Scotia; Beamsville, Ontario; and Dodge Center, Minnesota, to name a few.

We were married June 2, 2000 during a private ceremony in Minnesota, and later had a larger reception in Nova Scotia to celebrate with friends and family. We've since moved to St. John's, Newfoundland, where Morgan works for Country Ribbon and I work for an R&D company, Applied Preservation Technologies Inc.

Our dog, Tequila can be a real devil , although we wouldn't trade him in for the world. Everyone thinks he's really cool. He can do all kinds of tricks, like beg and speak. He thinks he's a lap dog, even though he's 85 pounds or so. The dog is very smart, for instance, when he is out of food or water he brings us the dish as if to say, "hello... I need something!". He is also the only dog I know that will play hide and seek. When we are taking the dog for a walk, all you have to say is "go get your leash" and he will go find it and bring it to you. There are some people who think the dog is a little nuts, you know who you are (mom, Alex, Heidi), but you can't tell me that this dog is stupid, I think he is the smartest dog I've ever seen. Very playfull and cute. !

Great Big Sea A band that Morgan really enjoys, mainly some good ol' newfie music. They performed a concert in Bay Roberts and they rocked!! It was the best live performance that I have ever seen!!

Army Cadets A great youth organization, and one that I was involved with for over 10 years.
