For about 10 years I have been practicing Healing.
I think of it as work on the energy body (aura), the Human Energy Field (HEF). I work through my intention, my emotions and my willingness to be available for the source of all creative energy to provide healing through me to the person in need.
The provided healing energy will enable you to relax, to receive, and to let nature take its own corrective course to balance out dis-comfort and dis-ease. The healing effect can be experienced in body, mind and spirit - wherever it is needed it can be received.
Healing can be sent over great distances (distant healing), or given in direct contact (contact healing). It does not make much difference to the energy and the power of the healing, and depends mostly on personal preference. Some people like it better to have the healer with them, to feel the physical presence, and to be able to talk about their needs or their experience of the healing.
