Edgewood is a town of around 1000 in beautiful northeastern Iowa. Edgewood is a farming community that is proud of their three churches, a golf course, EdgewoodColesburg Community Schools and the Knights of Pythias.
Pythianism first became a part of Edgewood’s fraternal life on December 29, 1892 on which date twentyfive members banded together to form Edgewood Lodge, Number 358, Knights of Pythias. During all of the intervening years the order has continued to exemplify its principles of Friendship, Charity and Benevolence in this community.
