SYSTEMS ENVIRONMENT INCORPORATED (SEI) is a professional organization headquartered in Manila that has provided engineering consulting services on major construction projects throughout the Philippines. The firms staff is directed by the officers of the firm, each of whom has extensive expertise in the building services disciplines of the construction industry.

SEI was formed in January 1991 and in a relatively short period has established itself as a major consulting engineering firm in the Philippines. During this period, SEI has seen the successful execution of mixed-use developments, office buildings, condominiums, retail centers, parking facilities and residences, all of which address the functional and budgetary requirements of the clients.

The strength of SEI is derived from the extensive experience of it's officers and staff which is approaching a combined duration of 6 years of engineering consultation in the building/construction industry. In the performance of its services, SEI has combined this experience with innovative design, sensitivity to client and project requirements, project economics and technical excellence. The firm applies the same high level of engineering analysis and design quality to all projects, regardless of size and complexity.

SEI maintains close contact with each client from the projects inception to its completion. A testament to SEI's personal contact and service is in the number of repeat clients and the ever growing list of new clients.
