Welcome to 1313 Whickham Squadron's homepage. At the squadron we do filght simulation, shooting, drill, projects and much more. There are also visits to RAF camps, Adventure Training and out-of-squadron activities like athletics, sponsored walks and barbeques. There is also the oppertunity to do the Duke of Endinburgh award, which goes into your Record of Achievement. However, the Air Cadets wouldn't be the same if you didn't get the chance to go flying...which you do in RAF and USAF combat, civilian and transport aircraft including helicopters. But don't think joining the ATC means you have to join the RAF. Most of it is just to make friends and have fun!!!! Why not come along. The address is Ravensworth Terrace, Dunston, Gateshead.
