The Institute of Real-Estate Appraising & Engineering is one of the leading institutes in the real-estate appraising branch.

The Institute is directed by Eng. Chaim Glancer and Eng. Jacob Cohen both civil engineers and real-estate appraisers.

More than 15 experts in various fields of real-estate appraising, economy, engineering and geography are employed by the institute. All the processes are fully computerized.

Projects and appraisals prepared by the Institution are accepted by most of the financial and business community.

Eng. Chaim Glancer graduated Technion-The Israel Institute of Technology on 1968, achieved his M.Sc.C.E. degree on 1973 and his M.B.A. degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

In addition to his current tasks, Glancer serves also as the Academic Consultant of Real-Estate Studies in the College of Management.

Eng. Jacob Cohen graduated Technion-The Israel Institute of Technology on 1968. Until 3 Years ago, Cohen was the Chief Appraiser of the Israel Land Authority.

Both Glancer and Cohen are involved in the israeli real-estate and construction industry for over 30 years.
