Hello and welcome to my first homepage *S* Allow me to introduce myself... I'm Charisma aka CC aka Char or just plain ole Kim which is the name I go by when I'm not on the net. As I said, this is my first home page so bear with me ok. I suppose I should say a little bit about myself so here it goes. I'm 34 years old (as of today anyway), I live in Illinois and I'm a big New York Knicks fan... well I was until the team was disbanded and my pookie (John Starks) was traded *weeping* but I still catch a few games from time to time. Actually the new team is pretty good but I guess I'm a sucker for nostalgia *S* I'm married (yes, hubby loves the Bulls... the old Bulls with Jordan and the crew... but he swears the new Bulls will rise again! *L*) and we have a 10 year old daughter (Lil CC) who doesn't seem to like basketball at all, unless she gets paid to watch it. *L* On June 26, 2000 hubby and I were blessed with another beautiful daughter, Baby CC *S* I say blessed because for so long we had been wanting this litlte bundle of joy and just when we had abandoned all hope, we received this wonderful gift. She has become the light of our lives and filled our hearts with a lot love. Miracles do happen! *S*And of course I cant forget about Blue... he's a very frisky Dalmation and he's got a lotta spots. We named him Blue becuase he has one blue eye and one brown eye and even though he chews everything in sight *heaven help us* we LOVE him anyway... *S*

I love music, all kinds of music... well I cant get into that orchastrational stuff (is that what it's called??) no matter how hard I try, but I'll give everything else a listen. R&B, pop, jazz, gospel, blues, classic rock, dusties, disco... heck, I've even been spotted humming along to easy listening tunes before... as long as its got a beat my feet are tapping, my fingers are snapping and I'm singing right along with the music, oblivious to the fact that people are covering their ears and begging for mercy *L*

I'm also writing a book... well I've been working on it for almost 5 years on and off now but one day *nodding head* I'm gonna finish that sucker *G* It's about this dude named Jake and this chick named Alex and together they... well I dont want to ruin the plot for you, I'll let you read all about those two stubborn characters when the book is published (oh, that reminds me...if any book publishers are reading this page, email me. maybe we can do lunch *L*) And yes, when the book makes it to the best sellers list *crossing fingers*, you have to BUY the book. I'm not mailing out any freebies *stern look* And you have to actually READ it too, dont just let it sit on your night stand collecting dust. So after saying all that I guess I should finish writing it shouldn't I? *LOL*

I could go on and on about me seeing as how that writer instinct has kicked in (judging by all I've written so far in such a short amount of time) but I wont. Yeah, I know... you were really getting into this weren't you? *L* Well all good things must come to an end and this is the end to "things that I do just because I can" *L* But before I go, I have to mention my wonderful hubby again... his name is Vince and some of you may know him as K9AVU. He is a really great guy and if you ever see him wandering around the rooms of the Chathouse say hello to him...and then tell him to get off the computer and let his crazy wife chat *LMAO* See ya on the Flipside *HUGS*
