I’ve Made a commitment in the battle against AIDS that’s very important to me. From July 10 - 15, I’ll be riding a bicycle 500 miles, the entire distance from the Twin Cities (Minneapolis St. Paul, Minnesota) to Wisconsin down to Chicago. I’ll be participating in the Twin Cities > Wisconsin > Chicago Aids Ride 5 Presented by Tanqueray with 2,000 other people.

I’ve also made the commitment to raise $2,300 in order to participate in the Ride. Together, we hope to raise over $6 million for six not-for-profit organizations in Chicago. Without these agencies, many individuals with AIDS might literally have nowhere else to turn.

Over 360,000 Americans have died of AIDS in the last 16 years. That’s more than 6 times the number of Americans who died in the Vietnam War. I’m doing the AIDS Ride because I want to make a bold statement that’s as big as this disease.

I need your support in helping me attain my goal of $2,300. Together, we could help fight this deadly battle. Please help me overcome this great challenge by making a pledge.
