My Mother has told me my whole life that we were related to Johnny Appleseed,
but she couldn't tell me how... So I set out to prove it or not...

My Chapman connection is through Johnny Appleseed's half-brother Parley...Their father was Nathaniel Chapman..Parley married Mary "POLLY" Ogle in Ohio in 1808. Here is a run down of everyone from their daughter on...

Mary Ann Chapman (1812-1897) Married Burnham Mugrage in 1831
- Their son: Benjamin Hutchinson Mugrage (1848-1932) married Mary Ann Dovenbarger in 1871
  - Their son: William Fredrick Mugrage (1879-1959) married Mary Ellen Vaughn in 1900
    - Their daughter: Mildred Ann Mugrage (1905-1999) married Alonzo Lester Shelton in 1927

Then their daughter, me and my 2 daughters.
