Attended With: Andrew Fox, after Mr. Patrick flaked out on me once I bought the tickets. I'm not sure if Foxy dug it or not, all I really remember is him standing around in a wifebeater, flexing.
Venue: Virginia Beach Amphitheater, VA Beach, VA.
Opening Act: E: Everything. They were a one hit wonder for the song "Hooch" and rightfully so. Not much to say here.
Highlights: I remember the yelling at the end of Pig, and I remember this show being the only time I ever heard them do #40, and Dave having to stop in the middle and go "oops." Other then that, musically, there's not much I still remember.
Lowlights: Well, having Fox's parents drive us there, and attend the show would be a start. Not to knock on them or anything, but rolling into a show with the parents when you're a sophomore in high school sort of kills the cool factor. I'd do it now, but these are different times. Also, I remember the show itself being sort of short, and I remember being pissed that they closed with Tripping Billies, because I thought All Along the Watchtower closed every DMB show.
