Illinois 114 is a short connector of Kankakee and northeast Illinois to Indiana Route 10 and I-65. It's basically a western extension of Indiana Route 10 to Momence, which calls itself "an old border town." The whole of Route 114 is in Kankakee County and it follows along the southern shore of the Kankakee River.
Route 114 only intersects Illinois 1 mulitplexed with Illinois 17 at Momence
...then it ends at the Indiana border, where it becomes Indiana Route 10.
It passes through Momence and no other towns.
It's only 7 or 8 miles long, what can I say?
