Don't succumb to the false belief that Yellowstone burned down in 1988. There's still plenty of scenery to take in. The fires actually created some new views by clearing out trees that once blocked vistas and overlooks. Wildflowers and other plant life are much more diverse now and wildlife is flourishing!
