Chapters 41-45

**Chapter 41**

Annaliese, Nadine, and I worked on packing until 12 o’clock. We decided to take a break from packing because it was a hard job. We had accomplished a lot in only two hours nonetheless. We all went into the kitchen, made sandwiches, and grabbed pops to drink. We took seats at the table and had a conversation while we munched on our lunch. While we were eating, the phone rang, so I got up and answered it. “Hello,” I said into the phone. “Hey sweetheart,” the person on the other end said to me. “Hey Justy, how are you doing?” “I am doing good. At least I am not alone at the hotel anymore.” He stated. “What do you mean sweetheart?” I asked. “They let Lance out yesterday, so he and I are both at the hotel now. Of course, he is under orders not to do much of anything for a few days and then take it easy on the physical stuff for at least three weeks.” Justin said. “I can understand that.” I stated. “What have you been upto?” he asked me. “Well, I have been packing all morning with Annaliese and Nadine. We got a lot accomplished in 2 hours.” I stated. “That is great to hear.” Justin said. “Yeah and I am sure that it will take at least the rest of today and at least part of tomorrow to get everything that I am taking with me packed up and ready to go.” I said. “Geez, that seems like there is a lot of work to be done over there. I will let you go then and I will talk to you this evening.” Justin stated. “Ok, sweetheart, I love you.” I said. “I love you too,” he answered back before we hung up. I went back to eating my lunch, so that I could get finished and so we could return to packing because I wanted to get it done as soon as possible.

After working for the rest of the day, we had decided to call it quits. Nadine was invited to join us for dinner, which she accepted. Annaliese and I changed before we all went out to grab dinner. We went to a local pizza parlor and got a table for the six of us. We ended up ordering three large pizzas because only two people liked each kind of pizza and because we were all starving as it seemed. Nadine and I were going to be sharing a large thick crust cheese with extra cheese pizza. Annaliese and Jeffery were going to be sharing a large thick crust pepperoni and sausage pizza. Harold Jr. And Harold III were going to be sharing a large thick crust cheese, bacon, and ham pizza. We got engrossed in conversations as we waited for our pizzas to come. I knew that Annaliese, Nadine, and I were all starving because we had worked hard on packing all day long. After I had cleared it with Annaliese, I asked Nadine if she wanted to come over and help again tomorrow because we could use the help. Nadine gladly accepted the invitation to come over and spend sometime with me since I would be moving soon and then we wouldn’t be able to see each other much. Nadine and I talked about all kinds of things including our favorite music and our favorite groups. Nadine was still in shock from finding out that I was sister of Brian Littrell and the cousin of Kevin Richardson, who was her favorite Backstreet Boy. The shock had worn off for me and I just appreciated that fact. Just then, our three pizzas arrived and conversations pretty much stopped while we ate.

After we had eaten all of our pizzas and the bill had been paid, we climbed into the car and headed back to the house. When we reached the house, we all went in and hung out for while. Nadine and I went into my room and listened to music and talked for awhile, before Annaliese, Jeffery, Harold Jr. And Harold III yelled to us to come to the living room and asked us if we wanted to watch a movie with them. “What movie are we watching Annaliese?” I asked as we entered the living room. “We are watching ‘Go’.” Annaliese replied. “Awesome, I have been wanting to see this movie, but I haven’t had the chance to yet.” I exclaimed. “I haven’t seen it either but I heard that it was pretty good.” Nadine stated. Nadine and I took seats on the floor to watch the movie with them. Annaliese started the movie and fast forwarded through the previews because they take too long. Finally, she got to the beginning of the actual movie and pressed play to start it. Nadine and I both laid back as the opening credits to the movie started to roll across the screen. As it started into the movie, I was curious if it would actually live upto all the hype that had surrounded it when it came out. I was just content with watching this movie because I wanted to see it and because some of the special people in my life were watching it with me at the moment.

After the movie had ended, I said good-bye to Nadine and reminded her about coming over again tomorrow to help out. I watched from the door as she pulled out of my driveway and headed home. I turned off the outside light and headed to my bedroom to change into my pajamas and relax and do whatever till I went to bed. As I was going to my room, the phone started to ring. Annaliese answered it and said, “Hello.” After a minute, I heard Annaliese say just a second. “Hey Brianna, phone for you.” I went into their bedroom and grabbed the portable phone and turned it on. “Hello, Brianna here.” I said into the phone. “Hey sis,” the voice on the other end said. “Hey Brian,” I replied, “how are you?” “I am great. How are you doing?” he replied. “I am doing great. Annaliese, Nadine, and I spent a good portion of today packing my stuff. It is going to take us at least one more day to get it all packed up unfortunately.” I responded. “Ok sis, I can’t wait for you to get here and get moved into the house.” Brian said. “Mom and I have been working on setting up your room since we got home.” “Cool, bro, I can’t wait to see what my new room looks like before I put all of my things in it.” I replied. “Oh, let me warn you, mom is planning a big party and she is making me invite the guys, so that they can meet you and get to know you before you spend time on the road with us.” Brian stated. “Ok, I can handle that. I mean, I can’t wait to meet the guys because from what I have heard, they are great guys.” I answered back. “Let me say one thing. Be very careful around AJ, he can get very weird at times.” Brian stated. “That is fine. I am sure that I can handle him, I have been around really weird guys before and it has never seemed to have been a problem for me.” I answered back. Brian and I talked for awhile longer, until Annaliese said that it was time for me to get changed and go to bed, since we had a full day of packing ahead of us. So Brian and I said our good-nights and good-byes and then hung up.

The next morning, Annaliese woke me up at 9 a.m. I got up and walked into the kitchen to get some breakfast before I got dressed and called Nadine to get her over here to work. Annaliese fixed me up some eggs for breakfast. I ate my breakfast and then went into the bathroom to wash my face, brush my teeth, and fix my hair before I got dressed. After I finished up in the bathroom, I went into my bedroom and picked out what I was going to wear for the day. I changed into a halter top and a pair of denim shorts to wear while we packed. After I had finished getting dressed, I picked up my phone and dialed Nadine’s personal line. She picked up after two rings. “Hello,” she said into the phone. “Hey Nadine, its me,” I said. “Hey Brianna, what’s up?” she asked in reply. “Well, I was just calling to see when you were planning on coming over to help me pack.” I answered. “OMG! Thank you so much for calling and reminding me because I almost forgot.” Nadine replied. “Let me just grab and quick breakfast and then I will be over.” “Ok, Nadine, see you in a bit.” I said. We said our good-byes and then hung up. “Annaliese, I just called Nadine and she said that she would be over in a bit.” I stated. “Ok, that is fine. I am going downstairs to bring up a few boxes since we still have some stuff that needs to be packed in your room.” Annaliese replied. “Ok,” I answered back. I went to do some stuff to waste time while I waited for Nadine to get over here.
