Karl Dawson
We had two Virginians on our staff in '96. Karl, a.k.a. "Special K," was one of them. He hailed from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, VA.
Special was always into something. He was either creating something or watching something. He joined the Cypher's Mine staff in '97 and apparently became a legend in his portrayal of a female ranger in the short-lived, hit rock opera, "Trail - The Rock Opera." If I understand correctly, he was a Trail Crew foreman the next year.
