Once in town, Nathan is able to minister to the man in black's physical needs, but more drastic measures are needed in order to heal the psychological wounds he suffered at the hands of the cultists. Vin, nearly incapacitated himself, enlists the assistance of J.D. and, later, Ezra in taking drastic measures to help his friend heal. His actions force a rift between members of the Seven who find that they can only be certain that they agree on one thing. Chris Larabee's very existence hinges on his willingness to go on living.
