Only the freshest and best quality flowers are delivered on your behalf. Whichever city in India you may want deliveries made in, you can be rest assured that the people handling your order will be among the top five florists in that city

At present we maintain a quality standard of +98% in our operations. This means that for every 100 deliveries made, only 2 are not as per the order.

We are trying to reduce this even further. However, should there ever be a lapse on our part :

- Flowers not delivered on time

- Bouquet delivered is not according to what was ordered

- Bouquet not delivered to the correct address

We will refund your order in full - no questions asked.Alternatively, you have the option of getting the same bouquet delivered on any other day free of cost
