This is the Bud Nosen Mister Mulligan, a sport scale rendition of the classic 1930's racer. I have really enjoyed building this airplane. I purchased the airframe from a very good builder. The fuselage was framed up nice and straight, the tail feathers were started and one wing panel was started. I finished all the framing and then covered it with Super Coverite paintable fabric. I applied several coats of white exterior latex paint and then hand painted the logos on the wings, fuse and cowl. I am very proud of the final result. It has a Moki 1.8 two stroke glow engine with an onboard glow driver, 2 receiver battery packs, onboard led lights on the wing tips and the tail, an FTE dummy radial engine, Fiberglass Specialties cowl and wheel pants, a nice instrument panel and cabin interior and other scale touch-ups. I Never did get a chance to fly Mr. Mulligan. I traded it to a gentleman from Maryland for a 3W140 two cylinder gas engine. That person was going to pull the Moki off and put a 50cc gas engine on it. Don't know whether or not he did.
